It's definitely not worth the 190$ they charged me. I use to relate the name Hyatt to luxury nice hotels and this wasn't the case. It's too far from all the action in vegas and the breakfast could have been much better. What bothered me the most was that I called the front desk to ask for some drinking water and they said I had to go down to the front desk and pay for it, after travelling for more than 15 hrs of course I wasnt happy to hear that. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone and I will definitely never go back.

The room design & features. Very nice tv, linens & pillows. It was very well insulated and quiet considering planes are coming in directly over the property. We didn't hear anyone in the halls or adjacent rooms. I was very impressed at the breakfast bar except the waffles were so dry and awful. Maybe the could consider a different mix. Other than that, very nice!

The fact that it is further from the strip. The foul smell (odor) that we smelled in the front of the hotel and in the parking lot. It was really bad, as if it was from a sewer spill. The breakfast was very poor, the waffles were hard and tasted like frozen food coming from a box. The fruits were tasteless. Please improve the variety and the quality of the breakfast food.

Very clean and affordable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Hope next time they will also serve fried rice for those rice lover esp between 9am to 11am coz that's already brunch. Over all- very good The staff in the morning esp. @ the breakfast lounge they don't know how to smile.

The front desk staff, the shuttle driver and the housekeeping staff were great and worked very hard to make sure that everything went well during my stay. The manager of this location, "Christian" I believe was his name, was horrible. He treated staff poorly, spoke to people in an insolent manner and would neither speak with me nor even make eye contact when an issue arose with my reservation. He also then had the front desk staff charge me for taxes and fees that I understood I did not have to pay due to securing my reservation through booking.com

Employees/front desk were very disorganized; I had to confirm my reservations multiple times and even then it wasn't correct. I was charged 2 times on accident for an extra day that I had already paid for.

お問い合わせがあります。昨日もメール送りましたがもしかしたら届いてないかもしれませんのでこちらにも記- 載させていただきます。 Booking.comさんから予約しお金も6月１１日に支払ましたが当日なんとホテルの予約が取れてませんでした。幸い別- の部屋が空いていたのでその場で申込みホテルにはチェックアウト時宿泊代を払いました。現在、私は２重払い- になってます。Booking.comさんとホテルの金銭授受はわかりませんが明らかに債務不履行と思います。 支払った代金の返却をお願いします。よろしくお願いします。
