I liked the breakfast and the service
Wifi was awful, we had to go to the first floor to be able to get signal.
The design of the room with separate area with sofa and 'bar' area. Also the free shuttle service which enabled us to return our rental car the night before our early flight. We rang from the airport and they picked us up within 10 mins. Also used it to get to and from the Strip at night. fab! Free coffee at 05.30 as we checked out, shame we didn't get to stay for breakfast.

We loved our stay again at Hyatt Place. We stayed here last year and loved it so we stayed again. The Wifi was a big improvement over last year. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Although the cost is more expensive than hotels on the strip, it is worth it to have a quiet and clean place to relax.
Only one place to get ice that was far away from our room. The main elevator seems a lot slower than the one on the side of the hotel.
The front desk staff was pretty friendly and understanding, however, the was a huge disparity on the way the custodial/house keeping staff is treated. The house keeping staff was nice, but while on their breaks, I could tell they weren't happy. Over all, I got the sense that management lack leadership, and does not treat it's workers with dignity and respect. I felt bad for the staff, event front desk staff, which didn't seem to receive enough support. Clearly, more work needs to be done to provide support for the hotel staff. Incentives, trainings, and good leadership is key. Knowing that the people I am paying to help my vacation be a good is experience aren't being treated well made me feel upset at the management. Suffice to say, that I was very happy with how front desk staff switched me rooms so quickly when there was a pluming problem in my room.
All throughout the hotel it stunk like sewage--except inside the room. The lobby, the hallways, the dinning area, the elevators all smelled like poop. They clearly had pluming problems. I have never stayed at a hotel that smelled that bad. I hope they fix that problem quickly. Also, my hotel's bath tub clogged up, which was not fun.

The staff and facilities are very good. Breakfast is excellent. They should include boiled egg for those boiled egg eaters. All in all the money spent its worth
The smell of the floor, smells old already, they should put sanitizer or carpet cleaner that overpower the smell of the floor.
