Quiet room I negotiated
Loud room the desk tried to sell
Not provide clear assistance
We loved the location and your staff were excellent.
Would have been nice to have a dining room.
Location was not the best for my appointments but close to trains which made it accessable. Nice ameneties and friendly, helpful staff.
Location Efficiency Wi fi Ease of check in and out
Poor I sulation of street noise Noisy Poor, industrial Totally lacking charm/character High price due to holiday season - out of balance price/value
I was so pleased with the hotel. Especially the quality of the breakfast, and the atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and genuinely so. Cannot beat the location. In the middle of everything.
So much to do and see, helicopter view, Empire State, theatre (Motown), Central Park, Ground Zero, shopping ...........
Weather ! Very wet during our visit. Rudeness of people on streets
Very comfortable bed and bedding. Well conceived small room for a basic, moderate price boutique hotel. Very helpful and friendly at desk.
First room was on noisy street. Moved to quiet rear room. Breakfast a bit unhealthy. No basic eggs.
The Breakfast was very good ! Coffee ok
Very central to all we wanted to do in NYC. Easy access to metro, bus and walking distance to Empire State Building, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, etc.
paid for a room with a view - it had NO VIEW
That we were able to book one night only because that was all we needed also location was very convent
The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, free wifi to be able to contact family ,Internet computers & printer facities good for checking in a airport, tthe fact you don't need late checkout as you can leave bags for holding, breakfast was good value ,help yourself, and location was excellent for seeing everything tourist'y , I guess if your british you'd compare it to our Premier Inns, simple clean and value for money. Would definitely stay again, thanks Hyatt place
I guess if I had to be picky , it would be the fact there's only two lifts , and you can sometimes hear a bit of traffic in room , but didn't bother us as we were out, busy sight seeing & enjoying New York
Macy's and Empire State building and underground close by! W cafe at same street serves better breakfast like omelettes, pancakes, etc.
Breakfast was good in american standard, but in european more like average. Some noice coming through thin windows, although we were at 17th floor.
hotel staff friendly..rooms clean well appionted .breakfast plenty choice.location great will certenly will use agian and recomend to family and freinds
every thing was great
The room was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a fantastic view from our top floor room.
Two elevators to cater for 26 floors was not enough to cater for busy times. As many of the guests were holidaymakers, the Breakfast room should have remained open for an extre hour until 10am on weekdays.
Comfortable and friendly staff
Too crowded in the breakfast area
We liked everything about this hotel and thought the staff were excellent. The hotel is really well positioned for both walking and transport links.
Staff was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast foods and beverages were nice and hot.
A short wait for elevators at peak times.
Staff, big room
View from the room as usually in NY
I liked the view.. Able to see the city and empire state building
At breakfast it was very crowded and difficult to get seated
Location. Many tourist locations within walking distance and near subway station. Nice and helpful staff.
Typical greasy american breakfast and tasteless coffee.
The location was good since we were in town to see some Broadway plays. The next door deli/chop salad place was excellent for casual snacks. Very convenient.
There were several issues that showed a lack of overall management. They failed to clean our room one day after being gone all day. We arrived early on our check in day and they wouldn't give us a room even though they had one available. All worked out with my insistence, but no one seemed to be in charge to help the mid and lower staff make decisions and solve problems and keep things running smoothly. For the price, I expected more.
