Room was very spacious and clean. I did like the "foyer" in the room, but it really needed some sort of interior design. As it was (just a big empty space), it seemed like a waste.
Hide-a-bed couch was very uncomfortable. Would prefer an oversized chair or recliner.
The hotel it located right in the heart of everything. The mall/movie theater is right next door to it.
There was no microwave in the room. The mini fridge that we stored leftover food and drinks in, was making loud noises as if it was going out, so we turned it off. The next morning, an hour and a half before check out time, housekeeping knocked on the door once, announced, "Housekeeping!" and immediately barged into the room while I was in the middle of getting ready. I had a "Come Back Later." or "Do Not Disturb." sign on the outside doorknob of the hotel door, but she still invited herself in, without even checking to see if anyone had checked out or was still in the room. She did it again the second time, but stated that she was just checking to see if I was doing okay. All of this occurred way before the check out time. I checked out at approximately, 11:30am, and check out is at 12:00pm. That situation with housekeeping is very upsetting, unprofessional, and discomforting. It made me feel very annoyed and uncomfortable. The situation about housekeeping needs to be immediately addressed.
Excellent customer service, clean, modern,and spacious rooms.
I loved the upscale decor and modern design of the rooms and public areas. It was convenient to be able to have a glass of wine without having to leave the premises to find a lounge. The sectional sofa and sitting area was very nice as well as the mini fridge.

Food was fine but when I ordered and went to get it there were no trays. However employee helped me carry it.

We were there for four nights. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Breakfast had several options including hot items everyday. Great location for local attractions. All of the staff we encountered whether front desk or cleaning staff were very friendly.
Although the location is central to many attractions the traffic was a pain. There were a few things (like a phone book, hair dryer, etc.) that I was used to having in a hotel room that were not in our room.

While the staff was extremely helpful, they were unbelievably unorganized. I saw them bring food out to the wrong person at least 5 times! Also, I witnessed a few people complain about all of the sodas being flat. Their only solution, rather than refund, was to hand them another flat soda.

Seemed to be understaffed at critical times. For instance at breakfast but everyone was doing their best. Just not enough people for the demand.
When you walk in to the lobby area, it smells very nice. Our room had nice decor and a good TV setup w/swivel ability.
Hotel Room (interior): The room (King) was pretty small. Needed an additional mirror, other than the one in the bathroom, with the ability to sit down at (like at a desk with chair). Had no bathtub/shower combo-our room just had a shower. The floor in our bathroom was dirty--ended up using some wipes to clean myself and it was gross with hair and grim. The bed and pillows were terrible--on one side of the bed every time you moved, it would make this annoying sound. Also, please put more blankets or covers on the hotel beds and/or available in the room!!! Hotel design: Need more than two elevators. The entrance is positioned in an odd location, making it hard to check-in, park and such. The whole layout is a bit cramped, like they just built the hotel on a small peice of land just so it could be close to the mall.

They told me booking.com overbooked my room and we had to have a 1 king room instead of 2queens. I had travelled with several children and 1 other adult and we were very uncomfortable. Front desk staff offered nothing to make are stay better. Told us they would refund $ but I could not find another hotel in area because of a marathon being held in the area. Still very angry about the situation.
Everything went well for us.
My son booked here also, but when he went to check in, they didn't have his reservation. Don't know if it was the hotel's fault or Booking.com. Might be something you'd want to look into.
We had a great stay for my daughters 15th Birthday ...staff was very friendly. Rooms very clean comfort for sure!
