I really loved staying at the Hyatt. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The shuttle really useful and helpful for the group we were traveling with. I really like the fact that we had the option to self- check in and out without having to wait in line at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the fact that there were so many healthy options.

Location is excellent. Staff very friendly. Charge extra for parking which was not made clear when booking. 300 dollars a night and then 19 dollars to park. Free parking at much cheaper hotels. Also not a full service hotel. No room service available.

goed geslapen kamer werd niet schoongemaakt na 1e nacht. Ontvangst in lobby volstrekt onverschillig en ongastvrij. geen mogelijkheid om te dineren. geen ruime mogelijkheid om te mailen in computerruimte. shuttlebus kwam drie kwartier na afgesproken tijd. omgeving niet geschikt om uit dineren te gaan. wij hadden hyatt uitgekozen vanwege buitengewoon goede ervaring in hyatt sarasota.

Todo, la ubicación: Cerca de la movida de West Palm Beach y de la playa en Palm Beach (se puede ir caminando) La atención, muy cómoda la habitación, muy bueno y completo el desayuno, excelente la conexión wifi, cochera cómoda y de fácil acceso. El bus turístico, que es free, pasa por la puerta. Mi habitación no tenía caja de seguridad.
