The location and how it was close to everything. Friendly staff and gorgeous building.
No designated parking and we had stains on our sheets and towels.
Good staff. Very helpful. Clean and big room. Comfortable.
Staying on the 11th floor where the pool was because guests and kids were running around the halls which woke us up early morning.
Friendly staff. Good location. Good water pressure.
Poor accommodations. Obvious it was still in transition from a 1star hotel to what ever. False advertising... Said double room, double bed. One room w/ 2 double beds. Small room. Limited outlets, bad wifi. No complementary water. Steak restaurant is not all that, nor what they claim.
Hotel was excellently located near to the convention centre - with a linked walk-way for use in inclement weather. From the moment I checked in, the staff could not have done more - they were all very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to help. I include all staff in this - from check-in, bar staff, doormen, cleaners, painters..... all very friendly.
The room was incredibly dirty, there were spiderwebs on the windows (not the outside part), the room was not vacuumed during my stay and there were dustballs that pre-dated my arrival. The swimming pool was really dirty: the water was not clear and there were hairs in there as well. When I complained about the facilities while checking out, only a small apology was offered. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
In-room internet must be paid for; requested an extra cot pre-arrival that wasn't taken care of and the wait to get one was hours
Staff and high speed nature of front desk personnel. Bed and linen was fantastic Multi level dining area on main level was inviting and offered a feeling of comfort with natural lighting.
Parking was not a good experience. Felt like attending a highschool football game in the city. better signage in area to direct to valet. Tv channels would change annoyingly slow. Screen would go black each time then channel would come in - like a delay... Verrry frustrating.
Friendly staff Central location
Not as upscale as other Hyatt hotels
Location, comfortable bed.
Fridge didn't work, bathroom vent clogged & dirty.. I like upper rooms for the view but windows were so dirty couldn't even get a picture.
Parking, hole in bathroom
Facility was clean to my standard.
I was extremely disappointed with the parking situation. I paid approximately $200 for one night. Parking should've been included. I also paid close attention to how your staff treated diverse customers and it was apparently obvious to me that white customers were greeted with more enthusiasm and attention. I would recommend hiring folks of different race it may make a difference.
Stafff, Front Desk, Doormen - valet- other personnel were very courteous and helpful. Very Active Lobby - good elevator service. Rooms were quite. Towels were excellent and bed was comfortable. Steak House - had a great meal Location is very good - no traffic on weekends.
Chaos at front entrance - parking and baggage on check in and check out. Space was very limited - Valet parking did a great job trying to keep up with the demand. Bathrooms are very tight - RM 743 Soap hotel provides slides right through the metal holder in the tub/shower. Get bigger soap or less open holder.
The TV didn't work so I as moved into another room. Then that room was next to a noisy ice machine followed by another guest coming into my room at about 11:00 while I was a in bed. The room had been booked twice. The deadbolt lock didn't work for the first time ever in a hotel and some guy walks in. Very alarming! I was then moved again to another room. I have to return to Buffalo again but I'm not sure I'll stay with you again.
Location is perfect - center of Buffalo
In spite of room was pretty expensive I had to pay for parking lot, wifi and breakfast. Shower didn't work in my room.
Over priced for the quality of the hotel
on 5-31-2014 we stayed for the weekend for a concert. We pulled in and valet took care of our car. We went to check-in and they upgraded our room at no charge. lots of restraunts in the area. Walked out of hotel to Main street and they have a free trolley to take us to the concert and back. Had a problem with the toilet and they deducted money from our bill for not being able to use it. We had a great stay.
LOVED & APPRECIATED the vast amount of outlets, mirrors and lighting!
The staff were excellent. The room was well-maintained.
There was a small house keeping concern. The matter was brought to the hotel management attention. And the matter was addressed immediately. The concern however made are staying less relaxing. We were compensated for this. Overall management was great.
Great view of the city. Easy access to museums, stadiums, restaurants. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Clean room and facilities.
Both men's and women's saunas broken. Scale in exercise room broken. Hotel did not have our reservation. Had to copy reservtion confirmation from computer. No hotel parking that isn't valet.
Managers were extremely helpful with complaints. Staff very nice and helpful.
They need new microwaves, and refrigerators.
we have stayed at many places, but we have never seen a better staff. if your going to anything at the first Niagara center this is the best spot.
Paid all that money thinking I would of been able to do aquatic therapy and was unable to swim cause the water was very cold, I'm very upset because the main reason was to relax and swim.
I liked that it was close to the convention center for the dance competition.
We actually found a spider in our bed and it was very difficult for my daughter to fall asleep. We were there for a dance competition and it added stress to the kids.
