Good location, staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet.
Shower leaked on the floor in the bathroom.
Comfortable bed. Problem with Bill but was fixed with minimal fuss. We arrived early and they gave us a room early.
Would have liked a fridge in room. Room arrangement a little weird but fine.
Staff absolutely bent over backwards with any request! Shuttle was always available , one evening we were right on the "cut off hour", told us to grab cab reciept and they would reimburse which they did. We would go back ina Boston min!
Bed and pillows! Time for an update. Each day both of us struggled for the 1st 30 min or so with sore backs and necks. They may be worn or ... but that was a minor bump in the road in our opinion.
Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area; it was clean and close to my appointments
There was nothing really I did not like. The hotel is not of the same quality as other Hyatts, but it is very nice.
Location Clean Garage Staff was nice The option to extend stay during the day for a charge
River view room was not available, I had to wait to get a room
Staff are very helpful. Shuttle service to major points of interest nearby.
Friendly staff and cleanliness
Distance from centre of town, would have liked breakfast included
We have been staying at the hyatt regency Cambridge for about 5 years and have been Happy with our accommodations and staff
Location for us was excellent!!
Wifi should be included in the price. The tax charge was also to much..
room had a large patio overlooking Charles River bed was comfortable food was excellent-great view of the Charles River hotel was quiet, staff very accommodating
location--too far from city center numerous extra charges for WIFI-internet connections--no micro or refrigerator in room no grab bar in tub for safety No "audio out" on TV for "ears"
The river view.
This is a conference hotel, overpriced for personal use. There are better hotels in the area that are cheaper.
we have been stayed in this hotel and all of my words are positive because it was one of the best rooms i've ever been before. In my case, was a suite with indoor terrace, 5.1 home cinema, desk with high speed internet connection (not free) and Overlooking Boston views. In fact it's bigger than my place and all of my suggestions with the staff were very appreciated and satisfied
Internet connection isn't free
Location, the shuttle, the stuff very helpful.
The cleaning lady.
I like the staff and location.
Old style washrooms.
Breakfast is limited on choies Parking is too expensive.
loved the location, rooms were spacious and loved the layout of the hotel, it seems you are outside, even though you are in the hotel. The glass elevators are awesome.
pricey for the amenities you receive, have to pay $35.00 per day for parking and meals can be pricey if you eat in the hotel restaurant. Ok for 1 or 2 nights stay, but wouldn't be able to afford more than that to stay longer.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room and bed. The travel to see Boston and different locations was made very easy thanks to the staff with the shuttle and their attentiveness. The valet/bellperson was a fine gentleman who was extremely helpful.
I did not appreciate paying $2.00 for a bottle of water and having to pay for the internet connection when the price of the rooms is quite high.
The hotel is a long way from public transport routes. Bus tour picks us up but stop 13 is VERY FAR from the hotel. And it is MUCH FURTHER from the Harvard (??) Bridge to the hotel than it looks on the map. AND not many taxis come along that road!!!
Nighttime balcony view proximity to Boston Staff
Great view. Quiet rooms and very comfortable beds.
They didn´t put towels and we had to ask 3 times until finally someone showed up at 11.30pm with a pile of towels for an army. Very upsetting. The manager was excellent though when we talked to him the following day.
Staff was great view and balcony room perfect
Understaffed for Sunday breakfast the restaurant was chaotic and just wanted a cup of coffee However Saturday dinner was amazing with excellent service
Wonderful room, great view.
The architecture is rather overwhelming. This is my only aesthetic objection. Personally, next time I think I will choose a hotel that feels more homey.
Comfortable, clean, good food on location, well stocked convenience store in lobby
My reservation couldn't be found when I checked in, so did not receive my river view room I had booked
Food, location, bar area, shuttle service to Fenway
Price was a little high
