Wish you had a car service like the Peninsula
Safe, clean, upbeat, nice people to deal with at all times! Will stay there again on next trip!
Conjugation with cars at front door.
- Westfield is 5~10 min walk and has shopping, food, and cinema. - many taxis available outside if you needed.
- room cleaning where ignoring privacy label and they knock on my door and opened it while i was sleeping which woke me up. I talked to the reception about this issue and they told me to call room service and ask them to tell them to come clean my room later. Felt not treated well regarding this issue.
The hotel has a history, that is nice. The room was good. We liked the proximity to the shopping center and to the public transportation
That breakfast was not included in the rate.
Wonderful staff, free wifi in the lobby, huge room with balcony, huge comfy bed. It's on the starline tours hop on hop off bus route. Quiet. Starbucks downstairs.
The Westfield next door was a bit average, very expensive but had a great food court.
Every thing was nice
Staff was not that good .. Very moodi
Friendliness of Staff and the services they provided to my granddaughter and me.
Location Westfield centre near by staff and swimming pool
furniture minibar electronic system
Very convenient location to be in Beverly hills. Staff very helpful .
Stressful start- they claimed we had cancelled our reservation and had no rooms- my wife had to email a screen shot from booking.com to show we hadn't!
Lounge area near pool. Excellent spa and health cafe. Great conference facilities!
Please buy a juicer so we can order freshly squeezed orange juice NOT out of a container in the bar area for breakfast!!! Mattress and pillows need to be updated. Had no blanket provided or doona. Please provide shower caps and slippers. Wish the pool was bigger for lap swimming.
Room attendants were lovely Dog-friendly Near good mall Valet and bell hops sweet Rooms clean Beds comfortable
$28 per day to workout! Pool got crowded Valet parking pricey Some snooty staff Very expensive dining
The valet parking was too expensive
Very courteous staff. When my daughter forgot her phone charger at home, the bell staff was happy and eager to help. Room was excellent, and comfortable for 3 of us. Thank you for a great stay.
Being charged for wi-fi. Especially because so many hotels now do not charge. It has become standard at many places.
Close to the west field shopping mall and AMC theatre
No free wifi even the gym you have to pay $20 .... For a big hotel like Hayat these facilities should be free ... Parking also is not free for residents of the hotel....
A bit pricey but excellent experience all together. Good quiet location near Westfield mall
Have a nice view Quiet Spacious
The lights were not working properly
frendly staff, very helpfull concierge, good location
Staff was helpful getting our cars in and out ( we came with two cars).
We didn't know there was a restaurant where we could have had breakfast.
Every single thing
I like every thing but it little costy
good location outside area (pool) etc is nice
Valet parking is expensive Outdated furniture Small bathroom - outdated as well - only small bath tube, no shower
location of hotel big rooms very good service and food nice pool area and use of Equinox gym and spa Valet parking
extra charges for Wifi
The location. The compensations were plenty.
The rooms were dated and not maintained and dirty with cold energy saving lighting, no coffee making facilities and no complimentary water. The bathrooms were worse. The staff were not methodical or organised. We had to change rooms three times. Had to wait for a 45 minutes for a bellman as apparently for a hotel so large and so busy they only have one bellman on duty in the night. Eventually the nice desk staff ladies helped us move. They gave us free breakfast for this inconveniance. But the next night we were awoken by our bathroom ceiling leak in the middle of the night leaving the bathroom floor flooded!! Apparently the guests above had let their bath tub overflow. So they put us in a suite for our next night which was nicer than the other two rooms which were dated and musty. I was shocked to see such horrible rooms comparing them to the impressive lobby and entrance. And to top it all they loaded our taxi to the airport with someone else's bag!! All in all I would never recommend this hotel even though the location is favourable. I wouldn't call it child friendly and Hyatt should work harder to maintain their brand.
