Room was clean and comfortable. A snack/coffee shop open 24/day. Walking distance to many things. Lighting in bathroom not good and no place to put toiletries.

* Ease of checkin/checkout * Great staff * good location * excellent choices at breakfast * Poor quality of the towels & bath mat; they were worn, thin, torn and stained * only had 1 wash cloth the last 2 days of stay when changed * Poor signage on StayFit gym * No sign over the business center door; I thought that it was a loading dock

Location is excellent. The beds were too soft and very uncomfortable. The staff tried to remedy by placing a bed board, but it did not help.

Breakfast staff- made my morning!! And front desk very nice too. The Rooms in general, small and bath way too small(little counter space) beds one of the worst I have encountered (ever), and I travel on business constantly. I was placed in a room with the Regency club above my head, which means keeping me up at night while they do what sounds like cleaning and sliding chairs well past 11:00 PM and waking me up before 5:30 AM sliding chairs and banging pots and pans like it was next to my head!!just horrible and unacceptable!!their GM should spend just one night in this room and I bet it never gets doled out to some poor unsuspecting traveler looking for some rest after a long days work!! Final note:Regency club upgrade totally not worth it either.this hotel is lucky they have good staff....

Newly renovated registration area - modern and comfortable. Location is perfect. Special deal I got from bookngs.com was high value for money. Bathroom design in west wing is not women friendly. Not sufficient counter top space to place your cosmetic bag, own hair dryer, etc. tub looks dated.
