This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this is the second time ether have charged me for two nights instead of just one! They also gave my room away because I was not there at 4pm on the dot to check in.
The beds were smaller than I expected and really weren't very comfortable. And I was truly surprised for the price that, at the very least, a continental breakfast isn't provided. I will probably stay somewhere else on my next visit.
The staff was great and the hotel is very clean.
I was there for a conference, hotel was nice. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated the website said there was a refrigerator in the room. The sign on the refrigerator said that it was not suitable for medication with a temp between 40 and 50 degrees. Think goodness I had the foresight to bring bottles of frozen water. Took an hour to get my car after the conference.

Close to convention center
My room was filthy. Trash in the bathroom when I arrived, ripped sheets, blood on the shower curtain, broke curtains, dirty window, dusty desk, and the list goes on. When I talked to the manager he said he couldn't do anything unless I had mentioned it when I first arrived so I could have moved rooms. I was in a business meeting until 10pm so there was no way for me to contact anyone until I was finished. I was entirely dissatisfied with my stay.

We booked our room in August. Upon arrival at 5pm we were told we did not have a room yet and they were not sure when one was available. We were in town for my fiances Christmas gift of a football game. We had to change our travel clothes in the lobby bathrooms and leave our bag with personal belongings with staff. We did not have a room until 12am and departed at 10am. No attempted compensation was made nor apologies made. We paid almost $200 to have a bed for about 9 hours. I and my fiancé are extremely upset.

Our bathroom was TINY. The bathroom door had a half inch of clearance from opening into the toilet. The layout of our room was horrible, the hallway behind the door was very narrow leading to a narrow entry between a dresser and a wall to the rest of the room. We were also lucky enough to be placed directly beside the stairwell which had a very heavy door. We were woken up 4 times in the middle of the night because of people going down the stairs and the door slamming shut behind them. To top it all off, they charged my credit card twice and it was a HASSLE to get them to remove one of the charges. Resulting in my account being overdrafted and almost $100 in fees. I manage my money very wisely and know exactly how much money I have to spend from my spending account. So this irritated me beyond belief. I will not be staying here again, and I will tell my friends to steer clear as well.
The location and the amount of pillows they give you were the only good things about this stay.
AC not cool enough. Was unable to receive conference rate secondary to booking issues.
Valet amazingly helpful as I was in and out several times daily during my stay due to conferencing schedule. Front desk efficient, friendly and accommodating.

$20 up charge for a room that was suppose to be bigger w a great view. If the room was bigger I would have hated to have seen the smaller one. To much money for the room
dog poop on the sidewalk. Why can't people leave their pets in a kennel or at home when they travel?
we left some cosmetics in room and it took 3 days for someone to be in at lost and found? they did offer to reimburse us for the cosmetics

bad window in room 1518, unacceptable. To charge anything for WIFI in a $200.00 room is embarrashing. Any No Tell MOtel has free WIFI. Parking charge is also too high. I will not go back.
Upon our arrival to the "upgraded" room, our only disappointment was that the room was smaller than we anticipated.
When we mentioned at time of check-in that we were celebrating our first anniversary, the clerk replied, "Well in that case, let me upgrade you..." We were moved to an upper level, river-view room. Very kind of her. Also, that evening when we were preparing to leave for dinner, a bottle of champagne was delivered to our door.
The bed and the food was exquisite.
Proximity to shopping and restaurants. Also liked the shuttle to the casino.
First night was $179, second night was $359. Both on a weekend, both booked in advance. When manager was asked about it, he replied,"There is a couple conferences in town and a few wedding parties staying here, so that's why." Seriously??
