Good courtesy bus service, easy check in, lovely room, massive bed, very comfortable, wifi included in the room cost - taken care of by the hotel even though it said that theewould have been a charge. Great conference facilities, very professional. Wifi was not free according to the booking - although I was not charged as the hotel included it in the price of the room. Location is a bit outside the centre (but knew that before booking) and in any event the transport links (courtesy bus and taxis) cater excellently for transport links

I place an order for a bottle of wine and and flowers when I book this hotel. It was my honey moon. When I got to the room what a disappointment.

The room was nicely decorated. Good location to shops and dining and airport. Close to metro. I was in a room near the elevator and ice machine. Great room, but hearing the noise outside was not that great.
