Hyatt Regency Greenwich  

We were at a family function. The location was great. The facilities were excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The horrible music at the dining cafe at breakfast. We as well as many others commented on how inappropriate it was. Someone finally filed a complaint but it was not rectified immediately. It was very unpleasant. I felt sorry for the many employees who had to listen to it for hours.

The overall decor is lovely. The room was comfortable. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful.

On our first day there, the room was not really cleaned. I mean that the bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't touched and the ironing board which I had left up with the iron on it was still up when we came back. We let the front desk know, but nothing was really done about it.We stayed 2 nights.

I had reserved a room with two double beds. Traveling with my daughter and another mother and her daughter. College tours. When we arrived, told there was only a room with a king. Had to sleep on a roll away. Not thrilled.

Dust on the front desk's keyboard Terrible ravioli dish. Room service offered a complimentary cheese plate but it never arrived.

The atrium viewing from the rooms were beautiful. The breakfast & lunch buffet was delicious.

It was very expensive. When I checked out I didn't realize the bill was $60 more than what it should have been. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks.

Extra $10 for parking, looks like they have plenty of parking available I don't know why they have to tack on an extra $10, especially in the off season. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am to see if we had checked out yet while we were still sleeping, seemed like poor communication with reception and the housekeeping staff. The handle in the shower was broken.

Very comfortable and good location for our purposes; pleasant and accommodating staff. Very good bar and restaurant in a spectacular conservatory setting in the atrium.

Minor: could have used a small bedside table of some kind on the left side facing the bed on the left in the standard room.

Staff is excellent. Cesar at front desk and others do a nice job. Maids are very thorough and pleasant. I like the coffee on each floor in the morning and the newspapers.

I think you have nerve charging 22 dollars for your parking your hotel rates are very high but I like your hotel but I will not stay there again because of the parking

Pool not available, staff was unfriendly, dining area was not warm or inviting--too open and loud

No pool! Huge disappointment

Staff was exceptionally nice and considerate. They went out if their way to make us feel welcomed.

Bed was not very comfortable and there was a smell in the bathroom.

The bill wasn't correct. Swimming pool is maintaining but they didn 't meanten it on the website

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were nice but it was a long walk from the elevator to our room.

The front desk gentlemen acted a bit snooty. He mentioned a few times how the hotel was fully booked that night and there were no vacancies. I had two rooms booked - under two separate names - and when only one room came up under my first name he acted like it was a big inconvenience for him.

The concierge was very helpful and recommended great places to eat. The location of the hotel is great for a quick drive to Greenwich Avenue or to Stamford.

The room doors are thin or don't get good closure. We heard everyone walking and talking in the hallways at night and the toilet flushing of our neighbors.

I liked nearly everything about it...

except for the fact that for our party of four their beds and the room were too small...and there were only two chairs and no real sitting area in the room.

The room AC was too cold and the controls didn't work so I turned it off-nice. People were in the hall partying until 3:00AM; music, loud talk,....where was management? Hair on the toilet seat-nice

This hotel is beautiful! It has a wonderful atrium that looks like Longwood Gardens. The staff was great and we had a very good dinner at their restaurant in their atrium. The location was good - we were able to drive to a lovely beach overlooking the sound and take a leisurely walk. Also, the price of our room was so reasonable, compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

Big, beautiful hotel, nice luxurious rooms. In our case we had a room overlooking the atrium and the sound insulation was perfect.

Internet not free, only in the lobby.

La beauté de l'endroit.

Je voulais un hôtel près de Woodbury. Le site annonçait que le Hyatt était à 26 km du outlet de Woodbury... Cette information est complètement fausse: il faut une heure de route pour s'y rendre. Je me suis fiée au site sans vérifier car j'étais pressée par le temps... Une fois arrivée sur place, on ne trouvait pas ma réservation d'une chambre avec deux lits doubles. On nous a finalement donné une chambre avec un lit queen. Nous étions trois: un adulte et deux ados... J'ai dû me débattre pour obtenir une deuxième chambre.

De tudo em geral. Perto de Stamford, localização excelente, service nota 10 do hotel. Enfim o hotel é maravilhoso.

Sua arquitetura (tem um Atrium maravilhoso), os serviços, a limpeza, a qualidade dos funcionários, excelência da comida, o bar e as comemorações do Reveillon.

Fiquei hospedado lá em dois períodos distintos. No segundo período, me foi designado um apartamento muito longe dos elevadores, que aliás, deveria haver um outro grupo deles no outro lado do prédio, o que me obrigava a grandes caminhadas pelos corredores do hotel.
