Score from 53 reviews Wonderful
The bed sheet on one bed looked used already when I checked in.It was not changed before I came.
the entire facility and its staff.
parking was a little difficult because of the events being held in the hotel
friendliness of staff, ease of checkin and checkout. nice room. good location
WINDOWS COULD NOT OPEN
The staff is always friendly & accommodating, The rooms are always clean.
There was no toothpaste, toothbrush or mouthwash in the bathroom. I usually bring my own, but I forgot.
The hotel and room were very clean. Pool was great. Room service was good.
Double beds were TIGHT for 2 adults. Alhough the ac was set for 65, the room was very warm... but that could have also been because we were so close together.
The location and staff
The crowded conference space made us feel like we were intrusive.
They charged $50.00 to my credit card, "in case" I spent more money on dinner or drinks etc? Without telling me. So I needed to call them and spend time to find out they do this routinely? Not appropriate!
The atrium is beautiful..great atmosphere, nice bar..good food..friendly staff
Staff was very nice specially the waiter and the front desk .
The way Mr Kirkland and his staff treat us.
That I couldn't stay longer
Very comfortable bed, friendly staff and coffee right by the elevators. Rooms were spacious and I found the housekeeping staff to be particularly friendly and considerate.
My room was right above the ballroom and a loud bar mitzvah meant I was unable to get work done/rest as I had planned for the night I stayed there. Also, it's a big property so the walk from room to car can seem very long. Location wise, not a lot in the immediate area and you may be hard pressed for food/entertainment options if you don't have a car, as it's not really a walkable neighborhood.
very clean, courteous staff. Great stay
When I checked in they told me that they did not have the king room that I had reserved and confirmed. I had to speak to management and insist. Having just flown in from Milan, and given that it is an upscale hotel, the last thing I expected was to deal with that! Miraculously they found a king room for us after I insisted. Paying for parking was not a plus either.
Room was lovely, bed very comfortable, bathroom had night light. Lobby is amazing! Love the plants, skylight, bridge, etc. I liked that the gift store was open late. LOVED the tango night at the hair dresser's store. Everyone was so friendly. Enjoyed free coffee/tea in the morning.
friendly staff nice place
when placing my laptop out of the way under the couch I found certs mint a bag and clothes tags to me that means the rest must not be very clean
Fabulous atrium area and restaurants.
Noise level in room --- hallway conversations heard easily and neighboring bathrooms heard
Very nice across the board
Hidden fees - I.e., parking charge of $10 to park your own car or $24 for valet service...........
Beautiful property, especially the indoor lounge area.
Paying for parking. Seriously?
The room was dark and claustrophobic. There was very little light. The beds were small -- double beds, rather than queens, which I requested. The "view" was awful -- the top of a dreary old building. I can't believe this was the only room available...the hotel did not seem very full. It is real extortion to charge $10 for internet service (Very few hotels actually charge for it these days) and $10 to park. The staff did not know about the area, such as what local restaurants were good, and they had no suggestions. It was a real disappointment, not what I would expect from Hyatt Regency.
The hotel was beautiful inside. The staff was nice, for the most part, but the front desk person was rude.
The price of the room service food which was horrible. The dinner wasn't that bad, but my family paid over $150 for breakfast room service and no one could even eat it because it was so bad. The coffee was even horrible!
Room was renovated cheaply, room service served dirty dishes and floating stuff in the ice water. Messed up my orders severely. Food is like TV dinners.
The hotel smelled clean, the room was perfect and quiet, and the staff were very efficient and friendly with the check-in and check-out process.
spacious room, comfortable bed really great staff excellent guest services with transport good food both breakfast and brunch
Nice hotel, good, courteous staff, good room service. There should be a small dining table, but it might make the room too crowded.
There were young children running up and down the halls and acting rowdy, with no supervision. Granted, it was New Year's Eve, but one does not expect to have 7 or 8 year olds left to their own resources.
