The headboard rocked back and forth a little
The atrium was beautiful

The only complaint that I had was that the staff was unable to locate my blue windbreaker which I had forgotten at he restaurant on the night before I left.
The food at the restaurant was excellent, the bed was comfortable and I loved the iron and ironing board in the room as well. I especially loved the little private safe in the closet.

Lower rooms can be affected by noise from the function rooms below (rock wedding party in our case), but the staff were happy to move us to an upper floor room. The $10 a night parking charge nearly put us off booking, but thankfully we didn't need to pay it.
By far the most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed in. Amazing price for what you get. Superb facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing atrium in the centre of the hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms with super comfy beds. Fantastic location for Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk or even train into NYC.

The Atrium was beautiful

Good rooms, good service

The purpose of our stay was of course, to relax and enjoy the hotel, as well as get out and enjoy the sights of the many local parks. The Hyatt is so close to shopping, restaurants, nature, sight seeing, etc.

Almost everything else wall paper thin ,I could even here the toilet flush in the room beside ours it was awful

Did not get the room we thought we had reserved. How does this happen? Stained towels in the bathroom & ripped sheets on the bed. A desk chair with wheels that didn't roll. Expensive breakfast that was cold and unappetizing.
The lobby was absolutely beautiful.

Was evicted without warning for being too loud playing Trivial Pursuit. Police were called and the manager lied to them and me and said we had been warned. She later admitted to police that we had no warning. Security showed up at the door and told us to leave. No refund. The manager should be fired for lying to the me and the Police. I will never stay at a Hyatt again.

Parking area to front desk was a trek.
Check in was easy and helpful, directions to Greenwich park and encouragement terrific, hostess at breakfast went extra mile scoring muffins to go. Champagne at check in, was a nice touch.

The staff didn't really give you any information on the amenities when you checked in. I would have enjoyed knowing that there was coffee available in the lobby or by the elevators in the morning.
The hotel was just a short drive from I-95. It had plenty of parking at a reasonable rate. The garden atrium in the lobby was beautiful.

breakfast lousy no choices and very overpriced
March 10, 2015
Room was nice, but had some deficiencies that really take away from one's stay. First the hotel caters to a lot of outside events (a very noisy sweet 16 party was happening one night). The soundproofing of the rooms needs some considerable work. Everything could be heard from conversations outside in the hallway to the music down in the atrium. Second the water pressure in the shower was miserable. It was barely a trickle and never really got hot enough. Finally the tv reception kept going in and out. All in all things you don't expect from a Hyatt.
The building is very nice inside and out. The inside arboretum, with restaurants is a nice addition. Staff extremely friendly.

Staff friendly and coutteous. Beds very comfy!

The hotel was gorgeous...the Atrium took away the winter blues quickly!!!

No boiler/tea or coffee inside the room. No fridge.
Nice hotel, classic.
February 18, 2015
desserts are not made in the hotel, and pool needs MAJOR filtering
Love the indoor forest atmosphere (4 stories high interior, so get a room that faces inside!)
February 17, 2015
The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that I didn't enjoy being woken up at 4 in the morning by the fire alarm. I wouldn't come back while it's so busy either
I loved the indoor pool. The entire hotel was beautiful especially the restaurant area it definitely gave you the feel that you were outside even though it was like 0 degrees outside. I would absolutely come back

The daily charges for internet service ($10-15) and self-parking ($10) seem cheese-y

Room was a great size and bed was comfy. Stayed one night just to get away and it was definitely worth every penny! Beautiful faculties as well!

I really appreciated the concern for my safety that the woman at the desk expressed for me, as she helped me deal with the icy traffic conditions on Sunday, when I was leaving.

Firmer beds would be welcomed.
Every thing was excellent. Staff are are wonderful professionals.
