Food was good but expensive (expected)...would like more/better dinner options.
Extremely kid friendly with lots of activities....including all day bounce house. Loved the general store too with coffee, snacks, and bulk candy..very cute.
The convenience of the heated pools at your sister hotel
We were on the town, needed a last minute stay. I booked through my app and got a lower price than what they were going to charge me. I showed the front desk my confirmation, and they changed it no questions asked.
Nothing bad to say.
Beautiful landscape, hotel and golf course. Thank you Ethel (front desk) for the wonderful fruit, cheese & crackers, and wine tray you sent for out 40th anniversary. Would not want to have spent it anywhere else.
Not one bad experience
Everything, my wife said that was the best spa ever, food at every restaurant was great! Antler lodge was Awesome
Not many winter attractions at the resort.
The atmosphere is great!
The bathroom was small and the lavatory outside the bathroom. To pay a golf fee if you do'nt play is somehow not fair
The room had a good size and was very clean
Took my girlfriend here for NYE, been coming here from North Texas with family since I was a kid in the 90's. As always friendly staff, clean rooms, great service, amazing food.
Location and amenities.
Nicest restaurant closed on Sundays.
My partner wanted to repeat an experience he had 10 years earlier, floating down the lazy river in a tube. We did! But the H2O temp was 65. Laughed a lot!
The AC did not maintain a constant temperature and was noisy. The pillows were too thin and I'm very glad for the duvet covers because I inspected the duvets which were filthy. It rained on our second night and there weren't any indoor activities planned so we went to the local Wal-mart for board games. Upon checkout our bill was about $200 more than expected. They had charged the regular room rate instead of the rate I obtained through booking .com. Once I showed the desk clerk the confirmation she adjusted the rate and corrected the issue.
Our kids, 11 and 8, loved the beach, lazy river, water slide and the s'mores at night. If you go on a weekday it's not very crowded and there are no lines. The food is ok but very expensive which is very typical of a resort. Luckily, there are a ton of restaurants in the vicinity.
Not a place to go unless you have small kids.
We had ants in our room 2517. The staff was to attentive. They seemed to worried about their own conversations rather then asking someone for help with their bags. The guards seemed to make me feel like I was breaking into the resort every time I returned even thought I had a tag stating my stay on the vehicle. Stay could've been more inviting
The rooms were roomy and the faculties were nice.
We booked a king size room which was listed to hold 4. I figured the couch folded out to a double bed for the teens. No couch and we could only have one rolling bed so one teenager slept on the floor. Do not advertise room occupancy of 4 if 4 cannot sleep there.
updates were nice. However, no reservation availability for my son to try the new FloRider ride.
Not enough bikes for 8-10 year olds
Golf, Lazy river, pool area, room service
The food was a bit wierd and nothing regular, I just want steak and potatoes.
Beds are to small
I was very disappointed that te hotel had issues with the filters at the pool. the lazy river was so dirty that we never even got in it, which was a reason for choosing that hotel. although I know things happen, my family and I were not compensated for our loss on not being able to fully use the amenities the hotel had to offer
the staff around the pools were nice. the activities-outdoor movie and smores was a nice touch.
The Spa was awesome
The selection of bikes to use were lacking and needed repairs, no ping pong balls to play. Life guards would have made me feel better when the kids got out if my view.
The friendliness and helpfulness of everyone you saw. The water park and outdoor activities available. The breakfast buffet!
