We were here for a dance competition, and staying in the same location was convenient. However, the facility is not currently equipped for extremely large groups. At mealtimes, the wait in the market place (convenience and fast food) was upwards of a 45 minute standing in line experience. I suggest they have double staff during those times; meaning teams of 2 at each of they're 4 registers, one run the register, the other fill the order. We were at the pool in the afternoon and the unsupervised area ran out of towels, there was no one there to notify about that, we had to go in the hotel and notify the staff. At peak hotel traffic times, the elevator wait was near 20 minutes. We were on the 6th floor and actually opted for the stairs on a couple of occasions. 4 elevators for the whole facility is barely acceptable when the hotel is completely full. I was understanding because I was part of the ginormous group, had I been there for a pleasure trip, I'm afraid, I would have been pretty upset.
The staff was very helpful through out the stay, those at the desk and those on the phone. Very easy to find, food inside the hotel, decent. Honestly, the best food was the appetizer menu from the lounge. And it was reasonably priced. The room was clean and very comfortable, no odors. In fact, I didn't even have to use my travel room spray, the room had its own pleasant aroma. No complaints
