The most friendly and attentive staff I've encountered. I loved the pool on the roof. It was wonderful. I wish the wifi hadn't been so expensive.

It is a Hyatt In room movies are ridiculously priced and the system is set up to make one pay if the accidentally hit a button, you buy it not realising it was confirmed. Charges are not well laid out for re run tv shows. Not very many options for "special" deals. Bathroom shower was a little run down.

It was a room to sleep in. The yelling in the hallway at 2 am along with this e mail saying it was 4 questions when it is alot more. Great way to represent yourself by misrepresenting your survay.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Right in front of the river. Shopping and dinning at the landing is a few blocks from the hotel. I have to say my favorite part of staying at the hotel was the beds. Extremely comfortable.

Location Front door and desk staff were very friendly and cordial - now if the facility only matched the personalities of the staff they will have something. Facility is very 'tired" - rooms desperately need to be updated.
