    We found the hotel to be very quiet at night and we were able to get a good night's sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The facilities in general look a little run down, could use a renovation.

    Loved the room. The comfort and the staff was friendly...

    The water had a weird taste at the pool and in the rooms. We had to actually use the bottle water

    Location to Everbank Field where attending concert

    Pool and hit tub were closed for maintenance, we weren't told when booking or at checkin. Have back injuries, after getting in later that night, we put swimsuits on and went up to relax...all locked up with sign on door, very disappointed!

    The staff was incredibly inviting and on top of there game. The room and view was BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely be coming back !

    During the fireworks for 4th of July we could not find any parking in the garage that we had already paid for as a guest at the hotel.

    Being right on the river front and in the center of the city activities. Warm friendly staff that bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. What else could their be? Yes the well appointed rooms and comfortable beds sums it all up.

    I a hotel of this quality, was not pleased that the water in the room came with a hefty price tag. I hate the nickle and dime approach towards guests who stay with these hotels.

    The staff was very helpful,and the Breakfast was wonderful

    They tell you the Riverfront is busy with things to do,when really the Landing area is a bust because of all the closed businesses

    Friendly staff.

    First check-in person was a trainee - nervous, unfriendly, and assigned us room on smoking floor. We went back and was given another room - that first person said was not available.

    The hotel was nice and clean. The people was awesome.

    We made reservations but they went up on the price once we arrived. We also had to pay $15 a night to park when we could have parked on the streets for free. The bed linen was not changed while we were there.

    The staff is very friendly and the location on the river is great! Did not like first room as the only view was of a the wall on a building next door. Called the front desk and received an upgraded room with river view at no additional charge (and valet delivered the new keys to the room).

    Room had not been made up when we returned at 3pm and we needed to get ready to leave for dinner at 4pm. Had to call for clean towels and then wait for room to be cleaned while we were out to dinner (which it was). Gift shop is ridiculously expensive ($5.00 for a can of pringles that was $1.79 at the local Publix)!!! Absurd & insulting!

    Ran out of parking, not enough staff to handle crowd, gift shop closed by 8:00 so no access to snacks except at vending machines, tried to order room service and never got through.

    Pricilla at the front desk was amazing! We booked a king and we're assigned a double. The hotel was sold out so she helped us out, with the best customer service, and the a.m door staff was very friendly , in fact everybody was! I haven't been treated this well at a five star! I wished we hadn't booked a different hotel for our return, I would have stayed there again.

    That I had to leave!

    Both our toddler and our teen girls loved the riverside view. The pool was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be back again!

    Certain staff members went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I would particularly like to thank CJ, the shuttle driver, and the housekeping and concierge staff.

    This hotel seemed to offer many of the amenities "ala carte". Everything you could want was available, however, one was required to contact guest services and have it delivered. This caused us to incur extra charges for continual tipping. We had booked a king smoking room months in advance of our stay and when we arrived, we were told that the only smoking room available was 2 queens. There was also a $20 per day surcharge for smoking rooms. We had not been previously informed of that charge. The restaurant on site failed to maintain posted hours of opperation.

    The breakfast was the only decent part.

    The hotel had overbooked the rooms we had gotten and instead of comping another room I had to pay $116 for a half a room from the junior suite. There were no available rooms in the surrounding hotels because of the event I was going to. It was a pull out bed and a bed they had to bring an extra folding bed from housekeeping. Breakfast was not a good equal to this disaster! And when we were checking in it seemed we weren't the only ones with the issue. The hotel is nice and clean but I'm afraid to ever book there and have to deal with that again! I've never had that happen to me in all the hotels I've ever stayed at and this was probably the most upscale one I have stayed at. I would rather go a star less on the quality of the hotel than have to worry if the hotel decided to overbook the room!
