The location: We are photographers and the view behind the Regency can not be topped. The surroundings felt safe. We walked to one of the staff recommended restaurants, and not only was the food very good but the area was pleasant. The location can be beat for convenience to the train and the ferry.
Really not anything. I'd definitely return to this Hyatt.
I liked the staff. They were very friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent
Great views of Manhattan from the hotel and path station was right outside hotel so didn't have far to walk after a long day in the city. Staff were very helpful.
Beds were quite small.
Staff courtesy and welcome Ready helpfulness by all staff Beautiful view of Hudson River and NYC Amazing Freedom Tower Great workout center Excellent valey and car service
It's location is great for visiting Manhattan. All one has to do is take the ferry or Path Subway and within 5 minutes get to World Trade Center.
We had a room next to the elevators so there was some noise from people and the elevator machinery.
We like the location. We love the view. The beds were comfortable.
We did not like the bathroom: The bathtub is dirty; The towels are old and coarse; The exhaust fan is not strong enough to get rid of the odor. The carpet was smelly. People from the next room was quite noisy all night. Policy should be enforced. In general, we were not satisfy with the money we paid for this stay. However, we thank you for your service. Sincere regards.
Staff is very helpful. The ferry to NYC is close by ($2.50 in the weekend; $6 during the week). From the hotel you get the best view on the skyline with the lights at night. Just amazing!
Our GPS said we had arrived, but we couldn't go in there. It took a bit before we found the entrance. We were there in the weekend and the area is deserted, so for breakfast you'd better cross the river!
easy acces to Path and Ferry
quen beds are narrow for a couple and too soft
Too expensive for nothing exepet the loation.
- the view and hotel surroundings - cleanliness and comfort - convenience to visit Manhatten
Staff was extremely helpful.
No hot tub
Staff always smiling We felt welcomed Very clean and comfortable room Just on the other side of Hudson River in front of WTC
Breakfast a bite expensive at $28 per person (with tax and gratuities) Path to WTC closed on weekends
It was clean & comfortable, & had a nice view of the NY skyline.
The noise from the guests that were booked there for the weddings both nights was totally unexceptable . They carried on into the early morning hours even after calls to the front desk complaining about the noise. Both nights we stayed there we gotten little or no sleep because of it. All I got from the front desk was a apology. I will never book there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone, period...
Everything Site Services hygiene very wonderful reception
The wifi is not free and it is slow
The hotel has it all: helpful staff, beautiful rooms and views that are unparalleled of the Hudson Bay and New York City. I would stay here again without hesitation.
No complaints at all!
The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the front desk staff for recommending Mama Leona's Pizza!! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. We will be back.
The hotel is superbly located and the views of Manhatten are breathtaking. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in.
I resented being asked to pay an extra $20 per night when I requested a room with a view. Being asked to pay an extra $10 per day to use WiFi when already paying top dollar for the room. WiFi should be included in the room rate. It's free everywhere else in the City. The hotel is clearly targetting business guests on a corporate budget and not families on a holiday budget.
The hotel was in a good position right on the waterfront.Access to the ferry to Manhattan was a maximum 5 minute walk. The station for the Path train was nearer. The views of Manhattan were terrific. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and very efficient. The food at dinner was excellent, although limited if staying a long time; breakfast was excellent,a choice of either continental or full breakfast(eggs cooked as you liked while you waited).Rooms were a good size(we had 3 adults in one room with no problems). They were clean and well equipped.
Being across the river in Jersey City there was no nightlife, the hotel being in a business district. This was no problem for us,but could be for people wanting the New York shows etc. No problem during the day!
Beautiful views of Statue of Liberty and NYC. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.
I would like free WiFi and $32 a day to park was a little steep.
The view location people everything
The view is amazing!
The location was wonderful. The PATH is right out front and in minutes you are at the World Trade Center or up on 33rd street. The staff at the Hyatt went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We arrived a little earlier than planned and the front desk clerk offered to put a rush on our room being ready and took our phone number so he could call us when the room was ready!
Location was beautiful and view was priceless
Found long black hairs in the shower which wasn't anyone in our family was rather disgusting. I am assuming it was the maids. Icky!
the guest in the other rooms were to noise
The location, the swiftness of checking in, the proper help from the valets, front desk. wait staff was wonderful. We loved our server for breakfast,Anel! Our female bar server was wonderful also. everything great.
Was hoping for a view of NY from the front of the hotel or a view of the South side showing Varanzanno.Next time I will ask for the "even" side numbers on rooms
