Wish check out time could be later
Really everything. The staff was also so helpful (we had problems with missing luggage at the airport and at the hotel they made so much for us)
I did not try the meals, so I can't judge those.
Easy access to NY, good value for price
resturant service and food good. Shay was excellent!
no hotel service book in room had to call twice for one. ordered medium well burger, when ordered was repeated back for confirmation, I was told medium rare. I reaffirmed medium well. My burger was rare when I received it. Hair on desk and several places in bathroom. Bed was hard.
Love this hotel, view, staff, facilities, food! Can't think of a way to improve this experience.
I like the room and the customer service, comfortable beds, hot water for the showers.
Pay 34 a day for parking, no real food places that deliver, the service for delivery or the food is horrible.
gorgeous room, beautiful view, staff friendly
$32.00 for parking and paid internet which was working poorly for such an expensive hotel. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. Poor value for the price
Close to the Path and it was a nice view of the Manhattan Skyline. The rooms were nice and in the rooms facing the Manhattan Skyline, they had a Nespresso machine! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to us when we complained about the noise from our room.
Nice rooms but the walls were paper thin. They put us on the second floor and even though there were no rooms above us, you could hear all the noise from the bar and the kitchen. We complained and they moved us to the 6th floor with a better view but then I could hear the guy next door snoring his life away. Good thing he stopped!
Reception was very accommodating. Complimentary morning Starbucks coffee in lobby
The view is very nice
The hotel itself is very very old. Breakfast was not good at all, swimming pool tiny. Too expensive for what it was
View and amenities
Difficultly traveling to/from Manhatten and NYC
Carpet was dirty
wonderfull view on the Empire State Building, very comfortable and clean rooms, very spacious with couch, complimentary coffee (Nespresso), rooms with fridge and flat screen
price, need PATH or Water Taxi to go to NY, small water bootles for 3 USD, parking expensive (32,00 USD overnight) - tipp use park-house 2 blocks away
Excellent location. Close to everything, loved being there! Best value for money, very clean facilities, great being near the train station. Would visit again!
Expensive food downstairs particularly with a family.
Hidden parking fees. Never disclosed until checkout. We booked a double bed room but when we arrived we were told only a king was available. We had to use the couch (at staff suggestion) and a rollaway.
Just about everything
$32.00 per night for parking has gotten a little out of hand.
Love the location. The view of Manhattan was spectacular. The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful.
Bed was uncomfortable on one side -- like someone very heavy had been sleeping on it. The other side was fine.
Price for stay and that parking is additionally charged at $32 per day.
i couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and the staff was very gracious!
The TV in room would not work at all. I recommend they get that taken care of
I always hate when hotels charge for WiFi - but that is the only negative thing I can say about our stay.
Extraordinary service, view and food. One of the best Hotels i ever visited! <3
We loved the views and the Path Train Station right next door. Everything was at walking distance, couldn't ask for more. We would definitely stay here again.
location is good and hotel is clean.
i booked two double room but reception didn't accept and she told me double room in our hotel means double bed and it is really funny and they charged me the same amount for double bed room. breakfast is not included and they charged me two different prices for two differient days.internet is not free.and worst things happen last year i booked hotel taxi in advance and they charged me 60$ from hotel to jfk airport but this year the same day i asked for taxi and they charged me 129$ and i didn't have any another option it was very close to my flight time.
The whole stay was excellent. the staff are world class. Big ups to Shay from the restaurant. Giancarlo from reception and all the vallet parking guys.
Parking is expensive. No complimentary wifi. In this day and age for a hotel to offer paid wifi and at that rate is a No No.....
