it was clean and the service friendly and the restaurant food was delicious. there were no safe's in the rooms, or minibars. these are 2 key things that every room should have. |

Nice and quiet. Easy to get to from the highway. Nice clientele. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Nicest valet staff I have encountered. Way overpriced. Female bartender not very friendly or helpful but rest of staff was beyond excellent. Food service closed at midnight on a Saturday. |

The view in the "city view" room was excellent. Restaurants were overpriced with limited selection. |

nothing; first of all I specify on my reservation a king bed and I was assigned a twin bed. Then I was charge for a water that I never took; and the hotel is not luxury or romantic at all. I will never make a reservation on this place; since I was looking for something more romantic since I was on my honeymoon and that's another reason I did not reserve for more days on this place. Hopefully; you improve your service the service; the hotel wasn't at all romantic since I was on my honeymoon |

There was blood on our sheets and the manager did nothing about it. She still has not contacted me and has not tried to make up for the uncleanliness of the room. She took down my phone number and information and still has not gotten back to me. She made it seem like should could not compensate us because we booked our stay through this site which is inappropriate and demeaning. |

Es lag relativ ruhig von außen gesehen und ist gut erreichbar vom Flughafen, in sofern es keinen Stau auf der Highway gibt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der nähe der Aufzüge und das hat viel Lärm mit sich gebracht. |
