How quickly the booking not showing up was fixed on day of travel. A bit of a panic. But, was fixed. They accomodated my request for the highest floor possible. 22nd. Extra pillows and towels. Just great. We even got free buffet breakfast. We were very pleased.

Everything was so perfect about it. Location was perfect and the staff was very helpful 100%, awesome work guys!

The hotel is very efficient

The rooms are very dry and boring and lack any kind of character.

Carpet is dark, what makes the room dark and sad...I have allergies of the dust and the brown carpet made me get sick. It should have a mini bar and glass on the bath instead of a plastic courtin.

- I liked the provision of a non-slip bathmat for the shower - The room was clean - The bed was very comfortable. - The convenience of immediate access to the convention center

- In my room (two double beds) several pieces of furniture were not "square" to the walls - the desk, bureau, night stand, one bed were all slightly off kilter. Even the mattress on one bed wasn't square to its frame. It was unsettling and unprofessional. - Two light fixtures were unplugged ( a standing lamp and the bed lamps) - there were insufficient outlets for the lights and electronics in the room. - There should be a broader offering of snacks for purchase at the restaurant in the lobby, for someone arriving late and not wanting a restaurant meal.

The only good thing I can mention is the breakfast buffet which was of a very good quality.

Not a 4star hotel! We were disapointed, rooms not very nice, odd smell, if you called the reception it took sometimes 15 minutes to have someone answering the phone, Expensive for what we had.

The location! We were very close to the Miami Port and there were a variety of night clubs to enjoy in the area

We were given a site map of downtown Miami. The map was very unclear. Not at all easy to read.

it was very modern and updated and clean. security was A plus, using your door card to access the elevator to your floor.

the room was small. the balcony sliding door didn'T open, no microwave in room. we were expecting more for the price.

Internet was not free and was very expensive. During our stay in usa for two weeks, it was the only hotel, where we had to pay extra for wifi.

Limpeza, equipe e proximidade com o aeroporto. As instalações são bem modernas apesar da idade do hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom e com o pacote de "business plan plus" fica interessante o custo.

Instalações do banheiro em função da própria idade do hotel, mas bem conservado dentro das limitações. A localização é ideal para turismo de negócios, mas para o turismo de laser acredito que tenha opções melhores. Outro inconveniente é o estacionamento que tem que pedir o carro e algumas vezes esperar.

cheiro de mofo nos quartos. estacionamento pago. internet pago. cafe da manha pago. funcionÁrios desmotivados.

Atendimento pelos funcionários excelentes; presteza e desejo em lhe atender bem.

O preço da tarifa básica é atrativo, porém estacionamento é caro, internet é paga e , no final, somando tudo acaba ficando um pouco caro quando as taxas municipais e estaduais são aplicadas.

Buena Ubicación, lobby agradable, buen servicio.

Cobran 31$ por dia de parking y 9$ por dia de internet en cada equipo conectado (no por habitación como debería ser). En mi caso, 2 celulares más un iPad, cobraban 9x3= 27$, cosa que esta muy fuera de la estándares del mercado, al igual que el parking por lo que terminé pagando aprox. 94$. Tenía un presupuesto de aprox de menos de 600$ y termine pagando 725$. Las habitaciones están cómodas aunque un tanto Old Fashion con mezclas de modernidad. El servicio de limpieza del cuarto resultó regular.

Las alfombras de la habitación sucia, no había caja de seguridad, ni minibar.
