It was a nice size room, water pressure was AWESOME.
A bit out dated. The couch was very worn.
The restaurant was excellent
The rooms were very old. The toilet seat was broke. The remote for TV was broke and they gave away my reservation for king size bed.
I liked the food, the size of the room,( we were upgraded to a suite), view. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of good towels.
No easy plug for USB charging. No vent fan in bath. No closet or place to hang cloths in room 1638.
Ugly view and dated furnishings .
Facilities were excellent, room was spacious and location was perfect.
Walking distance to nice reststaurants etc.
There was a bit of a smell of Clorox or cleaner which was a little heavy
The room and location was good and the staff were friendly at the front desk.
Everything felt damp and the rooms were musty. It seemed like a dehumidifier was needed badly.
Perfect location, staff was top notch and took car of all our needs. Location is center stage to Bayside, plenty of fun shops and places to eat.
Nothing! Loved everything!!
The room. Needs to be remodeled. We change room twice and the last one had the rug very soak, wet.
Atar very helpful
Elevators did not work in the morning had to take 20+ flights of stairs that dump you into a back alley
Riverside room had nice view. Staff were prompt and very courteous. Housekeeping very helpful and responsive. Food options very convenient.
Hotel name/location not too clear from I 95 Exit onto 2d Ave. Parking garage pedestrian exiting info not too clear--first time out ended up walking by several homeless people because we could not find the access to the pedestrian tunnel.
Close to bay side and shopping.
Just perfect. Is a Best Value for your money at Downtown Miami. A got a suite with canal view and it was amazing.

My room was upgraded just because I booked early and the assisted one time payment all night parking was AWESOME just one call and they had my car ready so the family could hut the road and go shopping (and eating).
beautiful roon and lobby. great breakfast
the price proposed by booking.com is not the final one. once I arrived, I had to pay taxes, fees and whatever on top.
close to ballpark. good bar
location Short distance to LAX Breakfast buffet
The conference area downstairs was nice. Food was excellent. Rooms are clean. Thank you.
I expected better from the quality of the rooms.
everything except the parking fees
the parking fees wayyyyy toooo much
Facilities were great and the brunch was excellent, lots of variety
Would have liked free Wi-Fi in the rooms so I could do a quick check on email. Paying for a bunch of time that I wouldn't use up was not my preference. Went down the street to Starbucks and used their Wi-Fi while having coffee instead.
