Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa    

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Work out area was very nice, good equipment.

Pool was not very big...though it would be alot bigger from what the picture looked like, a little dissapointed

The walls are very thin! You can hear everything going on in the room next to you. I tried to get sleep but could not because of the thin walls. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there and will not be returning.

1. Beds had rough cloth sheets instead of more comfortable smooth sheets 2. Beds were full rather than queen or king.

staff were friendly, accomodating, very pleasant, and fast service. the room was neat, clean, has a great view of the golf course. parking is fine, we were able to find parking without a problem. the hotel is near the fisherman's wharf, near the park, and close to downtown monterey. the food was great!

Traveling with friends and family after my son's wedding in San Francisco. Perfect spot to continue the party before driving down the coast.

Terrific staff, very professional. Beautiful surroundings and well maintained.

Did not realize there was an extra resort charge of $22 per day for the tennis courts, spa etc. We did not see this on the website.

The room was very comfortable. I liked the fan in the room. The beds were nice. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were professional and nice.

The room had no table in it, just the desk. So if we wanted to eat in the room one person could sit at the desk and one had to sit in a chair with no place to put their food.

The room needed cleaning. There was a grape in plain sight just under the chair. How often does this place get vacuumed? There was an accumulation of dust under the sliding bath door. Looks like a large storage area, but you only have two, shallow, 15" drawers to unpack your clothes. Room faced the nearby freeway. I have seen better Motel 6's. Definitely not worth the premium. The main restarant is nothing more than a presumptuous California Pizza kitchen. Thin menu with awful service.

Wish we had a better view. Only stayed there one night and a view of an old building and only a glimpse of the pool. There were four of us- 2 adults and 2 kids. There were only 3 towels. But the room was nice, beds comfy. Overall, the price was very reasonable for staying here. We loved the breakfast buffet overlooking the golf course.

Check in was Great. I checked in very early and they were happy to see me! The hot tub and pool were wonderful, my room was Great!! I walked all over Monterey from the Hotel. Great Location!

not close to the beach or attractions.....couldnot easily walk to sites

We stayed in building 10 which looked like it was recently redone. Very nice, very comfortable.

Parking was a bear with a conference happening at the location.

The beds was very small, narrow and the matress softest

The shower didn't have a door. It only had half and the water got on the floor. It was sold out so we coudn't move rooms but it was very uncomfotable.

Inexpensive and nicely appointed. We were in and out in a little more than 12 hours, but it was a nice stay.

The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were awful.

Room vs price. Value was simply mot there. There was nothing luxurious about this hotel. My room felt like a basic motel room, and, I was on the freeway side. Extremely unhappy, and will not return.

My room should pay this much, if about $150 for a night will be great because this room is beccause i felt so confined in a corner
