Everything! Wonderful staff, we were treated like Royalty. Would come back again and again.

Parking fee = $22 Restaurant closed every day - not good for family with children No information in room on restaurants that deliver to hotel Beds are comparatively small (compared to budget friendly hotels like Holiday Inn Express O'hare) Bad staff cross - communication (prepaid for breakfast - charged on departure by different staff, but then removed. $35 dollar voucher given by one staff member for dine in, but was not recorded for check out).

The staff was extra helpful and very friendly. I was traveling alone with my 3 year old daughter and the staff went out of their way to help me out.

No pool. I would come back with the family if there was a pool. Otherwise this is a great overnight hotel for business or early flights.

The decor was beautiful, the interior was easily navigated, the room very comfortable and the staff was excellent!!

The hard pillows on the bed and the coffee.

breakfast menu card, if it's hung on the door make sure staff check it is there, and act on it. breakfast in room was not an option for our stay.

i arrived at 2pm and checked in and was waiting on friends to arrive and check in and could'nt believe that the lounge/bar didnt open till 4pm at world travel center only minutes from chicago ohare and had to order a drink from the restaurant truly dissapointed

Both the us hotels I stayed in did nto pick up the booking.com reservations. I had to pay fro the hotel at the hyatt and nto at the others I stayed at. I hope I have nto double paid. I found the website very good in Europe so far

I liked the modern furniture was nice. The staff was friendly and the price was unbelievably cheap.

Wi-Fi should be free, I didn't like how the Valet parking staff was expecting a tip, if I pay for Valet, don't expect a tip unless you go way out of your way.

酒店有专门去机场的大巴，环境和设施服务，餐饮都可以算是五星级了，酒店非常大，如果是要赶飞机住的好绝对- 完美，但是如果不赶飞机想去芝加哥市中心的话还是不建议了，因为地理位置原因。

Did not like the television system at all.

Mi cuarto estuvo muy pegado al lado donde despegan los aviones, me costó dormir por el ruido... estas habitaciones colindantes debieran tener vidrios anti ruido...

As a common pratice, us hotel close to airport provide free shuttle bus from and to the airport. The drivers are very friendly. It is working distance from hotel to the Blue line. With $10 more per day, we enjoy the hotel breakfast buffet, worth $40. Room was clean and nice. Wireless network was easy.

When I checked in, the guy at the front desk said no reservation from booking.com could be found , asked myself to check with booking.com No one can read the Booking.com confirmation page printed in Chinese which stated the breakfast is included in the $109/day package. (No breakfast package was $99/day) Stay in the main building, can hear the airplane landing and noise from open space, no big deal for us after a long flight from Shanghai. If you drive, probably will be charged for parking.

Mali nam to oznamit. Ad dva, pri check-oute sme si vsimli na fakture, ze izba mala stat podla booking.com 139$ bez tax ale hotel si stiahol za izbu 159 $ bez tax, tak sme sa boli stazovat. Bolo nam nakoniec prislubene, ze nam to vratia... kedy?? Stale cakame... Uz druhy krat nikdy viac!!!

Friendly and helpfull staff

According to booking.com as well as Hyatt's own website the rooms should be sound proof - which is not overly fancy for a hotel located so near to an airport. After having spent 30 minutes in my room 5 planes had passed with screaming engines, which proved the room wasn't soundproof whatsoever. I went to the reception to complain. Here I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. Without further discussion I was given a room on the other side of the building - although not sound proof definately much quieter. Also the room was more spacious and had a bath instead of a shower - so an improvement in several ways - without affecting the rate. The matrass was of good quality as well - so all in all a positive experience and I got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was great as well.
