That we were there for only one night
Very elegant and spotlessly clean. the bed was extremely comfortable staff were very professional
I loved the pool area
For $223 per night you could at least have included breakfast. You food prices are ridiculous.
Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean
TV remote in bathroom did not work
Room was very nice. Lighted bathroom floor at night.
Allowed us to keep room on day of departure until 5 pm for no additional cost
Bathrooms are tight in Tower 1.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would be a great place to hold a large business conference.
Parking was extremely expensive
Excellent staff very comfortable rooms
TV does not display a guide of current programming and remote does not allow for dialing channels up and down. It's use is tedious and outdated.
Very nice choice of dining options in this expansive hotel--from an authentically designed diner with a counter and a breakfast and day and nightl light dining to an upscale steakhouse, from a couple of pick-up coffee and pastry shops (serving Starbucks) to more than one attractive bar with appetizer choices.
everything is perfect
No bad experiences.
The staff was helpful and always friendly. One morning, I bet I saw 40-50 employees while walking through the convention center. Every single one greeted me with a warm smile and sincere "good morning!!" The room was clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings. Spacious. Extremely comfortable bed. Room service was just as great as everything else. I ordered a club sandwich and fries. The sandwich was so big, I only ate half, saving the other half for dinner the following evening (storing it in the small frig provided).
I don't expect receptionists to be friendly but They hardly smile. There is 20 dollars mandatory resort fee not mentioned here Parking 16 $ and valet 26 $ daily
Super clean Gym is awesome!! there is huge weight lifting room and same for cardio there is also some rooms for abs spinning and group workout with some scheduled classes.
No microwave in the room.
The bathroom mirror had a tv in it. Very cool!
The front desk staff wasn't the friendliest. I even noted in the reservation that we were there for Stece's 50th birthday and not one person committed. A service minded hotel would have at least mentioned this at check in. The mirror in the bathroom appeared interesting as there appeared to be a screen inserted wothin but we did not get to experience it because the screen did not work, merely displayed an error message. Breakfast was very good but we were surprised by the limited buffet selection, only to discover afterwards that there were additional items kept in the kitchen. Seems you have to know to ask for pancakes, french toast, salmon etc. That was extremely disappointing because all we ate was an omelet and toast unaware of the additional selecetions. We felt for the price the buffet/service should have been explained. We live in Tampa and travel to Orlando for overnight getaways often. We discussed returning to the hotel because we liked the location but the lack of friendliness from the front desk staff and the failure of the restaurant to explain the buffet we would probably choose a different hotel. We enjoy our stay-cations in Orlando and want to get the most out of our experience. If either the front desk or the restaurant had taken a few extra minutes to share the hotel/restaurant amenities with us we might have enjoyed dinner at the hotel too. Instead we traveled downtown to the Citrus Club, where the service is impeccable!
We loved the cleanliness of the room and the spa. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was easy to control. The valet staff was exceptional! We also visited the spa and felt the staff and facilities were outstanding! Since we live in Tampa we plan to return to the spa but might try another hotel.
I don't get my special request
Everything was nice
Extra charges amounted to $80 per night for parking, resort fee & taxes and you have no choice but to pay up. Already expensive extra costs were ridiculous and then we also had to complain about the room hygiene. Suggest you give this place a miss
Location was OK
Waiting along time for the bell man more than 30 min
Excellent location and facilities, bed is very comfortable
There was no free wifi
The restaurants on site. The room was perfect, the bed was super comfortable and also the room had a tv in the bathroom.
I wasn't too pleased with the ro i was given at check in and they accommodated us with no hassle. Love the staff.
There was nothing to like about this hotel, everything down to the floors were impeccable. Staff, design, food, room and location were all to perfection. I will definitely stay here again!
No microwave in the room
The TV in the bathroom and spacious tub.
Moved the center night stand to plug in my phone charger and it looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Super dusty and there was an old apple core.
The rate was so expensive... I thought it was because I was going to be given a nice room in the new tower. I was given a handicapped room on the 5th floor of the old side with no view at all.... all we could see was the inside of the hotel...barely. The bed was beyond hard and the linens were not soft and cozy. This was meant to be a Valentines Day getaway and it just didn't feel special to be in a handicapped room with zero view. With the rate being $160 a night we thought we would at least have an outside view. On top of that rate, you will get hit with a $16 self parking fee per day and a $20 resort fee. Probably won't come back...
The hotel was clean and we enjoyed hanging out the "Rocks" bar.
The only thing I would have liked is an additional set of blankets, aside from that everything was affordable and exceeded expectations.
I really enjoyed the design, and layout of the hotel. I had an excellent experience and am looking forward to returning for a longer stay for sure!
