They will not validate parking in their garage. It added an extra 32.00 to my cost. This should be disclosed.
A sense of luxury with a great room view over Philly!
Room service was silly expensive for average quality food, but it's our fault for being too lazy to grab food outside hotel or even walk down to restaurant to save a few dollars
Loved the bed. Clean hotel. Nice staff.
Our bathroom sink was stopped up" notified maintenance nobody ever came to rectify it,it was some kind of deer on the ceiling I stayed in room 1218 is really nasty looking, called the dance early in the morning spoke to Dennis to ask about what time the pool open and he told me seven when actuality it opened at five misinformation given, being handicapped their were only two spaces downstairs for handicap parking I had drive to 4 th floor deck not enough handicap parkingthat was a bit inconvenient, you add a little day on seminars my son and I so when we got back the kitchen have close at 11 and it was no way to get a sandwich or anything to eat it would've been nice to get a sandwich in the little general store next-door to the desk
I like that you could go in and out of the parking lot ,all of the staff was remarkably friendly and accommodating,
Could not have asked for a better location. Awesome staff with knowledgeable concierge! Will definitely be back soon.
Service in the restaurant was a little slow.
The location was great. Bed super comfy and front desk staff very helpful and friendly.
Check in time too long. Asked for champagne glasses and it took an hour to arrive and they were dirty. Ice machine on floor not working. Bathroom not as clean.
The comfort of the bed and the smell of the room
The bed was great and the view from my room of the water was so relaxing
Had to pay for parking.
The pool was nice.
Rude staff. Didn't have things they advertised to have(late night snacks). Double charged us. Difficulty checking in and out. Had to pay $32 to park on the hotel property. Very dissatisfied.
Comfy pillows, looked nice.
Disappointed with cleaning service. The mirror was dirty, and I could find hair from previous gests everywhere. The shower was the worst part. I also asked for extra services because I was celebrating my first weeding anniversary and didn't get even an answer.
The view. Try to get a room in the upper levels.
The showers were awful!! (No water pressure or hot water) The overall hotel, particularly the rugs, look dirty and worn and the linens on our bed were stained. The cost for parking was very expensive, and not included with your room. We were under the impression our breakfast was included, but we never received a "voucher", so we ended up getting charged for our breakfast, which was not worth the $40, we would have gone elsewhere if we knew we were being charged for the breakfast. Overall, we will not be staying here again on our monthly overnight getaway. They have a lot of kinks to work out.
In all fairness, this hotel was in the midst of transitioning from the Hyatt to the Hilton; however, the Hilton has quite a bit to do to get this hotel up to par, especially considering all of the tougher competition in the area. The only major things it has going for it is the location and the staff, which we were told were predominantly from out of town to help with the transition.
The only problem i found was the entrance from the garage is confusing. Hopefully they will remedy that.
The hotel is in need of updating which I think is happening since Hilton took over the Hyatt three days before we got there. I'm sure they will do a great job.
I did not sleep well on the mattress. I guess my back is used to sleeping on a mattress like the sleep number that contours to your back.
Expected a larger and nicer lobby
Everything was perfect Front desk staff was extremely nice
It was very cold for me someone from the tropics
Service at the bar was poor at best.
Location, staff, cleaniness
Location Friendliness of staff especially the porters
Paying for parking
Location is not that close to downtown, if you are without a car. spa/pool facilities were not good at all; people walking in with shoes and winter clothes (boots, jackets) into the sauna and pool area. Cleanliness in the spa/pool also was rather not what one would expect to see at Hyatt. Overall, we checked out a day earlier and moved to another hotel.
Nothing really, although the price was fair and the breakfast was good too (for the price).
Location, cleanliness, and great staff!
Expensive parking and no free wifi
The location of the hotel, the room, and view were great. We'll be back!
Unfortunately I experienced significant plumbing problems during my stay. The toilet blocked three times in four days which was most inconvenient and unpleasant. I reported it each time; it was only on the third occasion that the receptionist offered me a different room. After that, things were fine.
I returned to this hotel after having stayed once before - free Wi-fi, peaceful location, large rooms, good gym facilities and helpful staff.
The parking was too costly.
