Convenient to local attractions
Could have used a jacuzzi tub & wished the room was more spacious
The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy and the view was terrific.
parking was a bit pricey!
Concierge was great to help us get to Septa. Room was great, very clean and the view was great!
The area was great and we were very close to where we needed to be for a event...Great place
Although we did the parking and breakfast package the parking was expensive since we never used car
Good location....on river next to park and water activities...great workout room and indoor pool. Just a short cab ride from Society Hill restaurants and night spots. MLS soccer teams stay there. Excellent meeting facilities.
A long walk to downtown...if taking a cab make sure you know where you are going and the fastest way to get there...or else you may take a sightseeing tour around Billy Penn...
We stay there often because of how nice the hotel is and it's location to so much to do!!
location. bars, restaurants, concert venue in camden.
not able to have a cot in a double room. we had 3 guys in 1 room and last time we stayed were able to get a cot. a bit uncomfortable for 3 guys. not many other options when we got there.
The location, facilities, closeness to the downtown, Delaware river sights, was very good.
The service in the restaurant during the breakfast need to improve.
Location, staff, Keatings.
Fret location. Pleasant staff.
No free wifi
Rooms were kept very clean and staff was great! Loved the view from the window and the location in Society Hill area.....
Restaurant. The Restaurant in Alexandria was great but the one in Philly we didn't like....
Restaurant. We went for dinner and couple of drinks, and we were sitting there for 15 min in the bar and don't even pay attention or ask what we need so we decide to leave and didn't even notice.
Centrally located to great restaurants, easy to get to, plenty of things to do.
Not many late night "munching" options at hotel. Loud guests, music that played till late into the morning. Not loud, but you could hear it all night
Good location near the river.
Bit too far out of center district … Parties going on in hotel are a bit noisy if guests stay in the hotel and on the same floor as you.
Proximity to ferry/water taxi. Extremely helpful staff - very knowledgeable of area attractions.
Great location, spectacular views of Penn's landing. The pool area was nice.
The family next to us had 2 rooms. 2 nights in a row, their son decided to start running back and forth between the rooms slamming the door each time. This started at 5am each morning. Calls to the front desk were no help.
The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone was very helpful and kind.
Parking costs. Movie costs. They were ridiculous. Oh, yeah!...NO Wifi!!! I assumed that every hotel shares their internet service. It just seemed like we were nickel and dimed to death...
Limited toiletries and not replenished daily. Room size was probably less than what was claimed at the booking.com Bath rooms more of 3 star quality There seems to more focus on unnecessary cost cutting by hotel management. I would rather pay few extra dollars to have good comfort
The location of the hotel is great and allowed easy access to downtown.
I didn't care for the fact that the TV stations offered were mainly news and sports channels. More free channels geared towards women need to be offered. I also didn't like the fact that when housekeeping cleaned the room prior to our arrival the bathroom toiletries (toothpaste) had been previously used. For the amount of money a room per night costs I am disappointed in the hotel.
I loved the view. Room was spacious and comfortable. I also liked that they had toothpaste, which is often forgotten.
Self parking was more than advertised and parking lot was very tight for my truck.
We arrived late and had dinner at Keatings. Halfway through our meal 3 mice ran across the diningroom. My wife and children ran out of the diningroom.
We spent the night here so we could attend a concert in Camden. Best weekend getaway WITH the kids! The view from our room was wonderful, the staff was very professional, helpful, and very friendly. We had the best night's sleep in a long time! And what a prime location for sight seeing and for lots of activities within the City. We walked a lot but there is so much to do so close to the hotel. And we were allowed to stay parked in the hotel garage AFTER checking out! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
It's pricy... It is in Penn's Landing and it is a prime location to lots of things in Philly. Of course the little cafe in the hotel lobby is expensive as well but it was a weekend getaway so what would you expect. It was still worth every dime spent.
Location was great. Nice pool.
Parking was expensive. No continental breakfast.
