MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED, AND THE OTHER RESTAURANT DID NOT OFFER, BREAKFAST BUFFET.
Breakfast wasn't included. We have to pay to use the wet area
Wilbert, Jerry and Gary in the Santa Ana Café were top notch, and very friendly. Wilbert was a remarkable and engaging young man.
No Microwave in room
Close to Albuquerque - beautiful surroundings - helpful staff - lots of activities - super spa
Rooms are excellent - staff is very polite and helpful - great service -- Good food in restaurants and drinks. Great shopping in gift shop
Sleeping on a sofa bed for the first two nights because they over booked and didn't have a room that I reserved back in February for us....... But - they gave us a credit and other options to make up for it...
Peaceful, quiet, friendly staff, valet was wonderful, nice large room
Very difficult amount of walking to get to our assigned room. Lots of stairs to get anywhere(husband is a disabled vet) Corn Maiden was a big disappointment. Groups using the swimming pool for receptions made it impossible to go swimming.
The hotel was amazing.. the staff were super friendly.. the views were breathtaking.. would highly recommend!!
Rooms with patio and view, great on-site restaurants, friendly staff, especially shuttle drivers, and nearby casino and Prairie Star.
Nice location, nice facility, bad service.
Our rooms were not as promised when we reserved them. When we got to the resort they couldn't fix it. They promised some changes which never worked out. It was a special occasion for my daughter and I was sorely disappointed.
Location was great. We liked the running trails and outdoor activities.
The main pool was closed due to "chemical imbalance" (code for someone pooped in the pool and it needed a shock treatment), so that meant children could play in the "adult quiet pool." Also, ordered sparkling wine for our room prior to arrival and it wasn't there. Had to call to get it brought to the room after we arrived. The next morning while we were out for excercise, a staff member took the partially filled wine bottle and glasses from the room without any other housekeeping to the room. In other words, the wine came late, and left early. It was eventually comped after a couple phone calls. However, this is poor form for a 4 star hotel.
I love having an adlt only swimming pool; I took the jewelry making class and it was worth while; the activities available were ecellent.
Tamaya is showing its age and needs a major makeover and the bar--drinks OK but nothing to write home about.
Lovely desert location. Adult only pool. Peaceful. Good restaurant,
I liked the choices of different types of dining... by the pool, on the east patio, casual but very nice dining or the more adult expensive type of dinner that you would only splurge for special occasion.
I did not like that the spa did not have shared spaces for couples. After our couples massage, we were not able to Jacuzzi together or just relax together in the spa. Was also disappointed that the hotel would not allow for 2-hour delay checkout - after I explained how much money we spent at their spa - 2 treatments each person - a lot of money and they would only give us 1 extra hour before checkout.
We had excellent service. We have been there several years ago and we were not impressed but on a very busy weekend we found the staff professional and friendly. We had a large group for a dinner party at the Corn Maiden Restaurant and we had great service. They went out of their way to be more than helpful.
loved the quietness of the area and the food was also very goods. We sat outside and watched humming birds and enjoyed the new baby birds in front of the hotel.
I loved the grounds. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The food was good. I like all the different options available, the pools, bikes, paths, and the abundance of wildlife.
The shower head was stripped out and would hold its position. The tv remote/channels were difficult to navigate through. The king size bed we had was really awful! Very hard with a pitch in the middle and lumpy where you lay.
Total ambiance: built to resemble a pueblo, surrounded by countryside, many amenities, including beautiful kiva pool, high quality everything, Native American flute music in the morning!
$239.00 + for 21 hours, 8 of which were spent sleeping, not a good return
Everyone at the hotel was greatp
Every thing was vreat
