Excellent location, Clean & convenient, Receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful. Provided all the information on places to visit. Concierge were also very helpful.
No tea making facility in the room. There were no towels (replaced) on the second day. When asked for towels, some old towels were supplied. No free WIFI.
Location, room service, health facilities.
I had to ask for a blanket, very thin comforter, but they provided a great blanket.
Loved the location! Loved the staff!!! Room was clean.
Other guests were throwing trash everywhere but the staff are great and cleaned immediately I called to let them know what was going on, other than that it was a wonderful stay!
Very close to monuments/museums so great for tourists looking to hit the hot spots. Comfortable rooms, nice staff
Comfort, service, excellent food, location.
Super comfortable bed and bathroom apliances !!! Room size also a great surprise.
Expensive and low internet, restaurant also not worth considering there are others options nearby the hotel !!!
Good acomodations, friendly staff
Location is, outside pf working hours, not one where you feel comfortable, despite being at walking distance from the Museums.
Location Staff general appeal
they overcharge my stay on the card
Noise of partying girls basketball team from 10pm until 3am despite many calls to the front desk. Will not use any Hyatt again, and I will not allow my staff to use the Hyatt chain. I am also advising my Cambridge Chambers of Commerce to advise the 12,000 members not to use Hyatt.
Proximity to the National mall.
No parking. No kids menu at restaurant.
The fitness center, pool area was very nice. The staff was friendly. Gift shop/coffee shop was well stocked.
The sheets, blankets on the bed were very thin. When we called for an extra blanket it was not delivered until the next morning.
Location and facilities
Parking, only valet available for over the exorbitant price of $50
-the pool & gym was awesome -the breakfast buffet delicious -hotel room was modern & updated -close to DC attractions
Parking fee was high but hotel was work it
hot shower. It wasn't a bad stay but the room wasn't any better or worse then anywhere else.
paying for wifi, less expensive places give it for free, I found this petty.
The hotel was great, staff was great and the view of the Capital a bonus :) We will definitely stay at the Hyatt again.
My husband & I did not like when we checked in our reservation was not showing. I presented our confirmation and it was not recognized so the Front Desk clerk had to create a new reservation. She granted our $129.00 rate we made through Booking.com. The hotel did not have our reservation. I made the reservation on the 9th so that should of been more than enough time to go through. Also the hotel charged my cc even though my husband paid with his cc. So we were very disappointed with our 1st Booking.com experience but enjoyed our hotel stay.
Location, rooms, staff
Prices were high
wifi not free didn't feel that clean
+ Great location! 10 mins walking distance from Union Station + Convenient stores open 24/7 in the lobby (But expensive) + There's a Sharebike parking nearby, which was awesome!
- Paid wifi? Definitely no no.
I love how friendly the staff is and how comfortable i felt
That i had to leave!
The location is perfect
No mini bar or refrigirator, the heating system was not working in fact it was cooling and thats in December even after calling the front desk and sending maintenance the room was so cold, the parking fee is so expensive
Room size was very good. Lifts were very quick and always available.
Did not like having to pay extra for wi-fi in room. No facilities for checking in for flights (unless you paid extra for facilities)
Location is excellent. Rooms clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet, though a bit pricey, was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Double room was a tad bit cramped. Free WiFi only in the lobby/restaurant area.
Clean Well appointed
Staff poorly trained Your over staffed with poorly trained people Your front desk checkin Poorly run First impression is huge,, I waited 22 min to get checked in due to poorly trained employees at the desk I had only two people on front of me and two agents And they did not acknowledge me Did not look at me Did not make eye contact And did not say " we will be with you ASAP " They did not call for extra help I travel and stay at hotels so I know a good check in. Also your kiosk check in was not operable And I lost my place in line trying it, Also while we were waiting for valet to deliver the car An elderly woman fell on the escalator I was standing near the exit door along with your employees When shouts from anouther woman were heard for help Your staff was confused. I ran to the escalator and was the person that carried the woman to safety And checked her and stood her up and took her to the bench,,, Finally one woman from your staff came over and offered her some water,,, Then your staff realized the gravity of the lady falling and sent a supervisor to interview her and see if she was injured .. The door man did not respond Etc Your staff really does not care about others And does there job out of responsibility rather than desire
The location to the train station is key. We were a group of 8 friends and walked to the hotel in 10 minutes! Beautiful friendly hotel!
