Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port    

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to cruise port ($8).

I liked the design of the hotel.Most of the staff were very friendly and responsive. We were greeted by two friendly staff members and one Manager during the evening snack and drinks, which was very relaxing after a long day of travel. My family enjoyed the pool area. I also liked that the hotel was located close to the airport. This was the first time that we have stayed with Hyatt,we usually stay with Hilton or Marriott.I would most definitely use your brand again for business or leisure.

The only thing that I didn't like was one of the front desk personal was more interested in chatting to her co-worker than serving some of the guests waiting for her.

Loved the service and the friendliness of the staff. In particular, the Manager Alan Koplo and his assistant Amy were very hospitable and always ever-ready to go the extra mile for us. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. This was our second time and we plan to book again when in Fort Lauderdale.

We had a nicely appointed 1 bedroom unit (equipped with full kitchen) and found it very comfortable. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. Breakfast, parking and internet access were included in the room rate and this made it an economical stay in this part of Florida.

We found the hotel absolutely excellent there was nothing that we did not like. It is our new favorite hotel and we will be coming back over and over again if the same standard is kept.

The only thing that I felt could improve a bit was the breakfast, maybe a little more variety but for the price that we paid everything was just first class

La ubicacion, el estado de las habitaciones, la limpieza, el trato del personal, la calidad del lunch ofrecido por las tardes.-

Que el personal de front desk mienta al adjudicar la habitacion, haciendole creer al pasajero que esa es la que corresponde a la reserva y no es asi, ya que la foto que figura en la misma confirma el engaño.-

estuvimos en una suite de un dormitorio, muy confortable, cocina muy bien equipada con todas las comodidades de un apartamento, microondas, cafetera, vajilla, ollas, café/ te, azucar, sal, que reponian todos los dias asi como los amenities del baño. Amplio living, dos pantallas LCD una en el living y otra en el dormitorio, amplio y comodo baño con ducha. el desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitacion, lo cual es muy comodo ya que el hotel esta algo retirado de las grandes zonas comerciales y las distancias en Miami son grandes. Hay un mall cerca con negocios enfrente y tambien otro con restaurantes si bien no a distancia tan caminable. El hotel no esta muy cerca de la playa, la mas cercana es la de Hollywood, pero posee piscina. PAra quien necesita estar cerca del aerouperto de Ft Lauderdale o tiene familiares o amigos que visitar que viven en la zona, y ademas dispone de automovil, es óptimo.

dat de kamers niet netjes waren overal lag er veel stof op het meubilair;

Excelente ubicación para visitar los mall. Desayuno variado y rico. Habitaciones amplias, modernas y muy confortables.
