Perfect position, clean and totally new and comfortable rooms
They did not inform us that fly company delivered our lost baggage to the hotel....we realized it 3 days after baggage arrived at hotel
Location was excellent. Fabulous view. Very clean rooms. Courteous staff. Would highly recommend.
The room is "spacious" by NY standards. That being said, you don't spend much time in the room anyway.
Nice view clean comfort location
Fantastic location near to Times Square.Had a room on the 37th floor with a view of wtc and Times Square.check out the roof top bar,Amazing views!
If I have to give a slight negative it would be the mattress was a little too hard for us.
A comfortable room with good quality bathroom toiletries, also excellent restaurant - also liked the cocktail lounge!
I didn't like having to ask everyday for tea bags
So helpful and a perfect place to stay. Was very impressed
Just the roadworks on the roads surrounding the hotel
First impressions are key, however as we were driving up to the vale staff immediately we saw them joking or poking fun at our car. (2013 Toyota Corolla) I guess they expected a Bentley or something like that. In my opinion this stay was overpriced.
On the edge of Times Square, this hotel is modern, clean, stylish, but most of all - the staff at The Hyatt are amazing - friendly, accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. The roof-top bar is a treat with an amazing view; a little pricy, but like I said - a treat! The hotel is well priced - we Would definitely stay here again - without doubt.
- Excellent Location - View - Cleanliness
- Would have preferred a higher Floor - Had to request for tea/coffee replacement few times - Firm/hard mattress - WI-Fi in the room should have been complementary, lots of Manhattan hotels offer that.
Room very clean and really comfortable. A big bath. Great gym.
There is no free internet access in the rooms.
price, size of room
The location, brilliant. The upper floors have no city noise which is a big plus. The gym is really well equipped especially the bikes with their 'virtual reality' cycle routes. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. A great stay!
That we couldn't book for the rooftop bar - outside seating allocation did not always run smoothly either. We don't like powdered creamer and couldn't get fresh milk after 11 - cafeteria was closed and the bar had run out! Some milk pods in the room would be a great idea
- location - roof bar - view at Times Square (34th floor) - style/decoration - amenities
- bit pricey
No hyatt points for reservations made through booking.com
Nice large clean room with coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer, iron, toiletries, etc. in room. Our room was upgraded at our request with no charge. The Bookings.com room might have been smaller.
European styling - no top sheet on bed, unadjustable rain shower. There was a really poor selection of pay per view movies. We had to pay extra for internet service in our room.
everything else - location, clean, new furniture, good and well equipped bathroom, good room decoration, good elevator (fast and quite), good terrace with bar (yet somehow expensive).
air conditioning fan a little noisy; lights switches by bed's side too shiny; need to replace soap and shampoo/conditionner every day; simple breakfast excessively expensive at the restaurant (more expensive than a 'complete' dinner at Dallas BBQ).
Location Room Size
Small lobby, feeling congested all the time Concierge is not very professional and doesn't portray the impression like they care
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and clean and we enjoyed being close to the Broadway shows
Nothing. Things were prefect
Very good location
Staff not friendly Small room
The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. The staff were very frienly.
The closets were small and there was no storage for your clothes. I was there for a week and I dont like living out of a suitcase but there was no place us to put our clothes. All the drawers seemed to be phony drawers. I did not like the lobby... for a large hotel I like a nice lobby..This one was very small. There was always a lineup and a wait for the elevators. There was no free wifi . I usually stay at the Weston Times Square and I would definatly go back there.
Great location Friendly staff
A bit expensive
