So helpful and a perfect place to stay. Was very impressed
Just the roadworks on the roads surrounding the hotel
First impressions are key, however as we were driving up to the vale staff immediately we saw them joking or poking fun at our car. (2013 Toyota Corolla) I guess they expected a Bentley or something like that. In my opinion this stay was overpriced.
On the edge of Times Square, this hotel is modern, clean, stylish, but most of all - the staff at The Hyatt are amazing - friendly, accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. The roof-top bar is a treat with an amazing view; a little pricy, but like I said - a treat! The hotel is well priced - we Would definitely stay here again - without doubt.
Room very clean and really comfortable. A big bath. Great gym.
There is no free internet access in the rooms.
price, size of room
- location - roof bar - view at Times Square (34th floor) - style/decoration - amenities
- bit pricey
Location Room Size
Small lobby, feeling congested all the time Concierge is not very professional and doesn't portray the impression like they care
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and clean and we enjoyed being close to the Broadway shows
Nothing. Things were prefect
Very good location
Staff not friendly Small room
Great location Friendly staff
A bit expensive
The hotel is only 8 months old so therefore everything was new. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They all felt pride in their baby and it showed up by everyone we dealt with including the doorman who said he even carried in the furniture. I believe the staff made the hotel a 5 star.
Location, staff, room .... Good value for money
I would expect a hotel of this standing to provide complimentary wifi in the rooms.
Spacious, nicely furnished room on 32nd floor, with skyline view. Excellent service from staff.
Nice rooms for a reasonable price, given it is New York on Times Square. Staff were great. Bedding was comfortable and the room was reasonably well sound-proofed from the mayhem below.
Thought it would be cool for our teenage boys to hang in the centre of it all, but even they found the constant crowds and noise to be annoying after the first day or so.
Staff was superb--everyone was cheerful and helpful Room was clean and comfortable One minute walk to Times Square--perfect for theatergoers!
Amazing location - only a few steps from Times Square, walking distance to a lot of sights & easy access to transport. Modern hotel, that's clean, friendly staff & good housekeeping with personal touches. Rooftop bar with incredible views of the new york skyline!
Here you can be and at the same time not being in the madness of Times Square life! Awesome please to stay....
Upon arrival, the check-in desk is immediately visible. Quick, professional and friendly service. The property is clean, sleek, well-designed, and well built. Cable channels were well selected providing ample choice. The in-room mini fridge, brilliant. Extra menu of free toiletries great idea. Great bed and pillows. Very clean.
Very surprised by price of valet parking, $70 per night. Diner in hotel should offer competitive list of menu items. I suggest an upscale hot and cold buffet 12hrs or 24hrs. Currently looks like a waste of valuable NY real estate. Profit/sqft can be drastically improved.
Overall my stay was great!
Only negative was the Sky Lounge service. Aside from the service being really slow which I can understand considering how busy they probably get. We had the same server 2 evenings in a row and both times disappointed. The first night she went on break after a drink order and before delivering the drinks and never gave us the heads up. The second night she completely forgot to place our food order.
Staff , Clean hotel
Fire alarm going off at night
