Location was great.
Cocktails were extortionate!!!
I loved the location, the beds, the size of the room, the bathroom.
Top floor bar should have more of the smaller tables so you don't have to share
The beds and the really helpful concierge
Roof top bar drinks are expensive
Very nice and clean
For a family of four we had a room with two queen-sized beds. There was not too much space to store clothes. The hotel is expensive but probably not excessively so given New York's price levels.
Excellent location, close to Times Square. The hotel is about one year old, everything modern and clean. Good view from the room as well as from the rooftop terrace at 54th floor.
Very noisy even though we were on the 11th floor. Ask for a room as high up as possible. Very busy hotel and lobby. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm.
Great location. Good size room.
Concierge not very helpful and one of the reception staff. Rooms higher up would have been better views.
Great location althoigh next to Times Square it was not noisy. Large rooms for New York with big beds. Very comfortable beds lovely bathrooms all very modern furniture and art work. Eco friendly and not too busy. The hotel attendant and a couple of the staff were excellent. Checkin very fast and efficicient.
Pricey and lacked the public areas that I expect at a Hyatt.
The staff and the amenities and location were outstanding. I am definitely recommending this hotel.
Overall our experience in Hyatt hotel times was prefect for our stay. It was central to our needs ,staff in hotel more than helpful , it was clean and gym was one of the best gyms I have been in
We loved everything , the rooftop bar was expensive that is all
This Hotel was at the centre of everything , 20 seconds to Times Square on foot. The staff were amazing , nothing was a problem. The beds were fantastic . We LOVED THIS PLACE
Somewhat disorganized - we had to go and find our own luggage after they had delivered it to the wrong room.
Attractive suite, nice facilities, pleasant staff, great rooftop bar. Pleasant restaurant. Excellent location.
Bar on 54th floor was a nice touch
It is pricey, but what you'd expect from a quality hotel in this location.
They have obviously trained their staff to be super friendly. Everyone smiles and greets you. I had requested early check-in and was surprised when we actually did get to check in early (I'm sure it was easier being a Wednesday, not in the summer). Our room had such charm and the bathroom was super sleek with an extra large shower I really loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. I requested a quiet room and I never heard a peep in the hallways or noise from outside. I liked the restaurant for breakfast, although I am used to hotels including a breakfast buffet with the room price. Breakfast was extra, but many good selections on the menu. There is also a quick counter for lighter fare. We also liked the rooftop bar at sunset. Great place to get a few pictures and enjoy a drink. It's on the 54th floor so be prepared if you have vertigo! This was our second stay at this hotel and I will certainly return since we've had such great experiences here.
The location was ideal as we wanted to see theater productions each evening. We also wanted to be able to easily access other parts of the city. The subway stations were close and Central Park and other attractions were within walking distance.
No free wifi in room
Honestly have no complaints.
I enjoy from when I valet my vehicle to when I check out.
Nothing to dislike...seriously!
Helpful friendly staff, made us feel welcome. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable in a perfect location to explore Midtown Manhattan. All this for the best rate available anywhere near Times Square (that I could find)....we never stayed at a Hyatt hotel before but ee will again!
Having to leave?
Went here for a bachelotette party. Stayed in a double queen room on the 49th floor, amazing views of time square.. With their floor to ceiling windows. Our room was very roomy, with very comfortable beds, and a very awesome bathroom that had a rain shower and a separate soaking tub. We got a complimentary bottle of champagne for the occasion, and we received $20 gift cards to their spa on their third floor. We also experienced the Marilyn Monroe spa which was a great relaxing time. Was also able to get early check in and late check out! Their sky lounge and gym was fantastic as well.
poor amount and range of toiletries available without requesting more...no slippers, no shower cap, very limited hair & body products
position was excellent, quality of the hotel was very good, service was generally very good, staff very frieindly and helpful
Very good staff they are on top of their game. Great location very nice rooms.
No bad experience
The hotel is in the midst of Midtown, very convenient. It is clean, very modern and sufficiently spacious and offers good value for money
Large, very comfortable, clean and quiet room, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent concierge service. The spa is also worth a visit!
Staff not friendly at all with the exception of the gentleman checking me in. No acknowledgment while coming and going though it did appear that they were constantly busy. Bed a little hard. No luggage rack in room (though I'm sure they would've brought it had I called).
Great location for seeing shows. I was given a nice room on the 40th floor with incredible views and a huge terrace. Very clean. Starbucks in the room. Nice fridge. Called for blanket and bathrobe first night - was there in about 5 minutes.
