Quiet, clean and comfy. Close to restaurants.
A long way to the room from the parking lot. We were there for my husband's eye surgery.
Location was perfect - hotel was wonderful. Room was just ok.
Spa staff was arrogant & prices were very high. Exercise room was not even worth mentioning. Room was fine - hotel was way overpriced. On net, would not recommend it unless all others in the vicinity were booked.
Comfortable room, helpful staff
Santa Rosa not a great place to stay. Food in restaurant was very very average
Reception staff and room service staff were great
The room was not cleaned adequately, bed left unmade, bathroom counter not cleaned
The fire pit, the front desk employees, and the restaurant staff and drinks.
The cost of the hotel $399 per night, did not equal the quality of the place. We could have stayed in a nicer hotel for the cost and plan to do so next visit.
Location to things to do.
Everything was perfect! Staff was great, helpful, humorous; room was clean; pool was great; food was wonderful; spa was a perfect oasis. Couldn't have asked for more!
Good choice for Santa Rosa area. Easy access to and from US 101 and a short walk to some very good local restaurants and breakfast spots. Overall we were very pleased with the friendly staff, the room and the grounds.
I would stay at Marriott Courtyard first.
The staff. The woman at closing was rude and could not print my bill. The bar server was pretty indifferent to us.
Convenience to freeway
cockroach scampered across the floor
Staff was very accommodating and the accommodations were very nice.
The first night I had a room with a view of the roof even though I had told them that I would be a late arrival.
In general the hotel is very good, very clean, the attached resturant is excellent both for breakfast and evening meal, good pool and outdoor space. The proximity to the 101 makes driving very easy.
Our only complaint is the matresses, ours supplied no support. We stayed two nights after the first night we asked for them to be changed we were told that they would get right on it, alas the second night was the same, our request was ignored and no explanation provided.
Amazing food, impeccable service and the ideal location. We absolutely LOVE this place.
The food at the restaurant was better than expected and a good value. We were in the area for a wine event at a nearby vineyard. It was a an upscale option, considering the other hotels in the area.
Seemed a little too corporate. No "vineyard" in spite of the name. This is right off 101 in a commercial zone. Still a good location for access to downtown Santa Rosa and Railroad Square.
Staff unresponsive to requests. It took two nights and a picture of the bed to be sent to corporate to get a mattress pad and sheets to fit the king bed so that the sheets would stay on through the night. Totally unresponsive to three requests for a breakfast card to put on the handle for early morning room service so we went to sleep without. Even coffee packs in the room were wrong.
in our 3 weeks trip around California it was a relaxing stop. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds and restaurant was very good. It is a sort of a hotel which aims for returning customers and it makes it's service much better than the ones for 1 time visit
Fresh water in the lobby, checking up on me when I got to my room to make sure I had enough towels
Location front desk staff and cleaning staff are fabulous
Stairways are filthy
The price was not clearly spelled out when I made the reservation and changed for each of the three nights we stayed with you. We will not ever be staying at a Hyatt again!
Fruit infused water strategically placed around the public areas of this hotel really were a nice touch. The food was really exceptional, and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of wine tasting was the perfect finish.
Especially liked the restaurant great food great service and right in the hotel did not have to go downtown Perfect for solo (female) traveller sans own vehicle Next Time want intend to do spa experience
Disappointing In-room breakfast service and snack with coffee Mentioned to reception on check- out
This may have been the quietest night we have experienced while staying at a hotel! We never heard a door slam or heard other guests in the hall or outside while in our rooms. The concierge and the front desk staff were excellent with suggestions about where to go for meals and interesting side trips. There were six adults in our family group staying in three rooms and all six of us shared the same positive view of the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel.
Construction at entrance I was not told about during booking rooms
Comfortable, fairly quiet, blackout drapes and lobby coffee.
Restaurant not in the hotel.
