Loved the hammock on the beach outside our bedroom. Really great decor in the bedroom as well. Bus was brilliant - William the driver showed us the sights and was a star!
It would be good if the bus ran more often and later at night.
The property location was very good and beach view & arrangements were good
The room and bathroom was pretty small. Comparatively smaller was the price offered.
very clean and nice staff also.
Very accommodating! Loved the shuttle. Pretty nice location.
Room was a bit small, but clean.
The lobby staff were very unhelpful I had to speak to owner just to get checked in 1 hr early. Check in is not till 4:00pm but must check out at 11am. They make you wait till 4:00 almost on the dot. While telling you to go hangout at pool then try to sell you drinks and beer by saying no private food or drinks allowed at pool period. Always had to ask to pick up trash in room and for towels each day. No ice available to guests only in very small bucket that only holds ice for 2 cups and you have to go to bar to get it in front by restaurant.
Decor, priximity to Duvall, rental nikes on property, view, rest.
Price, pool too hot, evem at night...could not cool off, and we did not spend time in yhe sun as iy was cloudy amd rainy.
The rooms on the water were excellent! Gorgeous there!
A/C a little too loud.

Nothing like in this hotel z. The information is giving by booking . Com is wrong . We book the hotel on the recommendation and details publish on booking . Com
pool, pool bar, water sports on site,
no wifi in appartments, the room we were given was extremely poor value for money paid, dirty and cramped , was going to leave on 1st night and book anywhere else and didnt care if i lost the money for the next two nights we had paid for..... were moved to another larger room after 4 hrs sitting in the lobby.... the water around the hotel is stagnant and smells, as there is no waves or tide to move the water. the beach is a laugh, plenty of soft sand from the appt leads down to a large coral rock wall and then into the water...there is no swimming in the water ... altogether i would never go back to this place, this hotel has put me off ever coming back to key west and i will be telling anybody who is willing to listen about this joke of a hotel
Free van , style of room, parking , pool
Two little kids enjoyed the sand area. But wish you could go into water. Restaurant was nice.
Water area was unusable. We moved to the so called beach front for second night. If you stay here get the water side beach area or don't stay here.
I would tell others about the hotel being on the beach. West side good for sun sets. BUT. YOU EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO SWIM. The water was not clean.
Location to the sea and the hammocks, a nice touch.
Beds to soft and small
Everything was awesome I'll be back!!!!
The hotel had a very relaxed feel and the room, although very small and old, was like a blast from the 50's past. We had a beach front room, (really really small beach) but after a day of snorkeling or kayaking it was nice to hang outside our room in the hammock for some downtime before heading to Duval.
One thing we didn't like was the timing of the maid service. The cleaning was very good, but our rooms were usually cleaned at 4:00 or 4:30; way too late. I think the Hotel is overpriced, but that's Key West for you.
We loved the room! We loved the sliding door opening to the waters, with hammock and chairs the outside. Very nice!
Everything was wonderful!
great location, pool, restaurant, Bar, Courtesy Bus every 1/2 hour
Locatie, shuttle bus naar centrum
Small, Dirty old bathroom. Far too expensive foor old fashioned hotel. No coffemaker in room.
The facilities were lovely. The pool & hammocks everywhere were relaxing, but also kid friendly. The exotic birds & large tortoises added a charm to hotel.
My dissatisfaction is with the room. We were placed in room 107 & it was in a state of disrepair. The padlock was difficult to close & open, the bathtub faucet constantly dripped water, in order to drain the sink I had to reach in & hold the drain up manually, the sliding glass door was broken on the hinges so my daughter, 4 years old, & my mother in law, 74 years old, could not open or close it, the wifi password never worked for us in our rooms & there were white stains in the blue decorative comforters, gross! Again, the facilities were great, but the room left a lot to be desired & for $250 a night we were hoping for, not luxury, but function; which we did not have the basics of in our room :(.
Only stayed for one night, but was a lovely little resort. I loved this hotel the most because it is full of random decorations everywhere! It also has a really nice pool with massive hammocks and offers shuttle buses to the town which is only 5 minutes away.Plus the staff were awesome!
The restaurant and water sports and shuttle
No coffee maker in room Bathrooms too small
Ridiculous front beach(not a beach but rocks and low deep water). Very small room with poor condition. Not worth the cost.
