Le cadre classique Les pourboires. Il faut donner des grosses pourboires pour tout !.... et le prix de la chambre est déjà cher comme pour y ajouter un grand montant pour les petits services. |

L`emplacement de cette hotel à proximité des endroits a visiter. La propreté et la beauté de cette hotel est parfait avec service courtois et acceuillant. Rien à dire de négatif pour cette hotel, Séjour très agréable. |

La chambre de 10 m2 ne permettait pas de penetrer avec la valise et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la porte de la penderie qui heurtait le luminaire de l'entree. Mais on nous a change de chambre suite reclamation |

Hôtel idéalement situé, entre park et lexington. Avec un déli ouvert 24/24 au coin de la rue et d'excellents petits déjeuner, très copieux à "red stone pizza", juste à côté du déli. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages gratuitement à l'hôtel en cas d'arrivée anticipée (avant 15h) ou de départ après 12h. |

hotel bien situé. bonne literie. controle de sécurité très contraignant. valise ouverte sur le seuil de l'hotel par terre. salle de bains très petite. pas de peignoir vu le standing. |

The location is excellent, and the calm atmosphere of the hotel is a welcome break after the hussle and bussle of a day in NYC. Ladies toilets at lobby level very shabby and need some redecoration. |

The staff were amazing....nothing was too much trouble! Got upgraded as soon as we arrived. The room was so big and comfortable we felt right at home!!Stunning lobby and a well stocked bar!!! Would like to thank all staff for making our first trip to New York a fantastic experience!An absolute pleasure staying here and we would recommend it to everyone...we will use this hotel when we come back to New York...one day!! |

The location was great, in the center of it all and only a few blocks to the subway. I like that they allow people to access the internet free of charge from the lobby. The rooms do not have very good insulation and was awaken several times during the night from the street noise |

Excellent location and pretty quiet. Love the free WiFi in the lobby and the little shop that has everything.The hotel is not too large and still cosy. The bathroom could be renovated. The coffee machine in the room is absolutely useless and could be replaced IMHO, for a simple water cooker and sachets thee/coffée |

Fabulous breakfast buffet; the closeness to most of the city's main sights; comfortable bed Room was huge, but space was wasted; had absolutely no drawer space to unpack (huge armoir contained a safe, a keyboard, and the refrigerator), or room to put toiletries for 2 in bathroom; tub had no caulking around edge there's a large magnifying mirror on the wall above the toilet, which you have to straddle to use; would ask for an updated room in future |

The hotel is ideally situated to explore Uptown and Downtown Manhattan. Very comfortable King Size room. The bar prices were very high. |

I liked the atmosphere at the lobby, and their willigness to stock my trave luggage during the day without any additional charge access to internet was too expensive, mens restroom in lobby not easy to find and missing sign on the door |

The hotelis close to the areas i tranacted all my businesses. I had absolute privacy throughout my stay. Some of the items that attracted charges to my bill were not so explicitly disclosed. For example i thought the water and other drinks in the mini bar were complementary as there was a particular item displayed on the minibar with a price tag. on checking out i found that those items consumed were indeed charged. |
