This hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Idaho Falls. It's close to "old" downtown and of all the hotels in this area I prefer this one. I understand it changed hands in the past year and there have been many improvements.

The total renovation was awesome!! Very very nice and spacious room. The breakfast was pretty lame. Old food, and needs more small table instead of only a few large ones.

The location was beautiful with the river walk. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was centrally located. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The breakfast disappointed. They were out of a lot when we got there, about 9:30. We went to a restaurant down the street. It would be nice to have ice machines on each floor.

The location and the hotel staff were very nice. Fantastic breakfast and great staff there. Much shabbier than represented on line. Cob webs full of bugs all around the ceiling. The carpeting was in very poor condition and dirty. Dinner service was horrible, due to lack of staff and organization. Waited on ourselves, and dinner was over an hour for a salad and sandwich. Food was not very good for the price.

The hotel has great location-on the falls. We asked a room in a tower which was very good(the other rooms are designed as in a motel) an has a hude balciny The hotel is in good condition -taking into account that the building is very old. Breakfast is good,....

After I arrived, I found no Wifi. After I called front desk, I was told I had to wait until the next day. I called booking.com, the telephone service helped the hotel and explained it is not the hotel's fault. On the booking, it is clearly said free Wifi. At least the Wifi should be working. Isn't it cheating?!
