Room was clean, everything updated, more pillows than I needed and that's always a good sign. The lighting was bright and there were 2 mirrors for my vanity! Of course, it had the neccessary fridge and microwave-a must for me. I was even up early enough to catch the perfect continental breakfast, which includes belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, bagels, juice, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Evert employee I encountered had a smile and a positive attitude.

Nice hotel with good views. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Nice furnishings and set up. Had nice big pool, jaccuzzi, and fitness center.
Friendly staff. Easy to get to.
Within walking distance to restaurants.
I despise this hotel. Room was disgusting. Dirty socks on the floor. Stains on the bedding, open bottles of wine in the “office” behind the check in counter. Rude staff. We didn’t stay, left about 10-15 minutes after checking in. Was unable to get a refund. Was told to contact the manager next day for a refund. I’ve called 11 times and not received an answer. The phone rings through to a voicemail that says the inbox is full. Emails not answered either. Had to dispute the charges through the bank.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The bathroom vent had cobwebs and the towels were rough and smelled like bleach. There were several stains and marks on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. We could also hear the people next door.
Nothing worked the ice machine or soda.
The breakfast sausages were burnt and they had no fresh fruit available. Everything was just so disappointing. We got no rest at all during our stay.

It was the same hotel I used to stay thirty years ago and looks like nobody has done any maintenance or updates . It’s good the bones are still there for someone who cares to add to Post Falls, not from it. The staff told me how wonderful their WiFi was, yet anytime we tried to connect it told us to get closer. I would have liked it in my room. Post falls is gorgeous and needs quality places to stay at a fair price.

Post Falls is a great spot for a stay.
Post Falls is a great spot for a stay. It is likely a little less expensive to stay than nearby Spokane or Coeur d'Alene, and there are nice little shopping spots and restaurants in town. We ate at La Cabana on Seltice Way.. the food and margarita was good! We stayed in Post Falls near family for a visit to the Pleasant View Cemetary over Memorial Day weekend, so our stay wasn't too long. If you're in Post Falls, go see the falls.. beautiful!!

Weather was good right now. Ppl friendly. Things to see.
Weather was good right now. Ppl friendly. Things to see. Enough choices for restaurants and coffee. Coffee Cottage super cute and friendly went everyday. Police Department friendly and responsive. Ace Hardware had everything I was looking for. Huckleberry store had neat stuff and a selection of huckleberry items. Good selection of services, shopping, and places to eat. The people here are phenomenal. Nice town has everything I needed. The scenery and fresh air was relaxing. It wasn't crowded or have bad traffic. Nature was beautiful.

Charged the wrong card appointment checkout and also charged for staining on the pillow cases from my hair which has never happened along with an additional pending charge for the room from the card they were supposed to charge in the first place and then a random $80 pending charge also from the wrong card.. room wasn’t even clean.. had staining on the blanket and also no cover on an outlet with exposed wires.. will not be staying here again..!
The Quality Inn was anything but. Our room had a hole in the wall, dirty carpet, no chair other than the desk chair. We put some beverages in the fridge that had so much ice build up on the little freezer compartment. We should have known that our cans would freeze and explode in the fridge—yes, that’s what happened—a major mess. No continental breakfast was there, even though the description online indicated there would be. We paid $280 for our night there—major rip off. Beware the Quality Inn in Post Falls, Idaho.
Room is a fire hazard and dangerous. Stayed in handicap room, safety bath rails are not fully attached to walls (not attached at all just placed against wall) towel racks pulled from wall, holes in wall where a rack might have been, broken / missing jagged tile on floor, sink did not drain. Several extension cords attaching electrical to one outlet. Have canceled room for following stay 6/10 and am requesting refund of pre-paid room rate. So far neither booking.com or hotel have returned my call as promised.
The two breakfasts prepared for us were delicious and having the meals on the deck with the babbling brook made for a very tranquil experience. Eric and Ros answered our questions about things to do in the area and places for dinner and directed us to non-touristy restaurants. The property is beautiful--you can tell the owners take great pride in providing guests with the best, relaxing experience.
Staff was attentive and friendly. The room was clean and ready with all the expected amenities. The tub and shower were a nice size and the water was perfectly hot with good pressure. We only ate breakfast at the hotel one day during our stay and it was perfect. The riverside view was beautiful and the staff made sure we were well taken care of.
What a cute, cozy hotel. It was a quick stop over for our family, but met our needs well. The pool was open later so the kids could have a quick swim when we arrived. The rooms are kind of small, but it works. The breakfast was yummy and we all enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and easy to chat with.
We called the hotel hours before check in after the hospital released me. I felt so unwell and just wanted a bed. The staff bent over backwards to help us. We checked before noon at no extra cost. They checked in on me to see how I was going. They were honestly amazing. I couldn’t wish for better or ask for more.
Convenient. Right off I-90. Gas station, restaurant, mini mall within walking distance. I always enjoy Red Lion. Was in Spokane area for State AAU basketball tournament and it was super convenient. Love the area. Room was as expected. Parking was not an issue. Price was great.
I liked the name. Problem was that there is 2 Re Lion hotels and both have the same name and the same address on the internet. One is Red Lion at Templins, the other is Red Lion Suites.
Weakest breakfast that I've ever seen at a hotel it was literally cerial a muffin and a yogurt for the 300 or so I spent to stay there this was extremely disappointing.
