Hotel Impala  

The only plus to this hotel was the fine Italian restaurant - Spiga which occupied the front of the building.

This hotel is a dump. I would like to know who photoshopped the photos on their website. The room's ceiling fan, refrigerator and smoke detector were non-functional. There were no wash clothes or extra toilet paper in the bathroom and the sink had a large kitchen faucet which made washing your face and not getting water all over the place a challange. Valet parking was only avaiable Fri. Through Sun. And was outsourced to a company that reqiured upfront cash payment of $20/day. Only two of the four front desk people we saw were helpful. The continental breakfast was a joke Hampton Inn does better.

I like smaller hotels, because they have character. The room design and furnishings were modern and interesting. I enjoyed the wood, natural tone tile, and iron work. You won't find this style in any of the big fancy hotels nearby. The continental breakfast is in the adjacent restaurant, a nice morning atmosphere. The nightly rate is reasonable, and the staff were friendly.

The Impala Hotel is immediately adjacent to Collins avenue. Hence, there is some noise from traffic and midnight revelers. The Miami Beach Conference Center is a bit farther that I expected. It's within walking distance (for me), but I was soaked before arriving.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fantastiskt läge,nära ocean drive och stranden. Daglig städning och fräscht badrum.

Dålig nattsömn av att sängen knakade så fort man vände sig I den. En olåst dörr mellan hotellrummen. Frukost utbudet mycket begränsat.

A falta de funcionários na recepçao que falessem espanhol ou portugues, já que é grande o número de turistas advindos de países que falam estas linguas.O Serviço de vallet é muito demorado, chegamos a esperar 40 minutos pela vinda do carro.A Limpeza não estava a contento na chegada, chão com muita fuligem ,lampadas queimadas no banheiro. Seria necessario um box maior pois o banheiro fica encharcado a cada banho.Reformas como pintura, conservação em geral não identificáveis pelas fotos.Falta funcionários para carregamento de bagagem. Não voltaremos.

Personal amable

No hay ascensor para subir a la habitación, hay que subir el equipaje a pulso. Muy mala iluminación en la habitación. el desayuno no es tipo buffet como figura en la factura

Café da amanhã muito modesto, sem frutas e sem buffet.

La persona que atiende a la hora del desayuno, una chica cubana muy educada y servicial! Lo mejor de todo el hotel, con diferencia!! Fantástico trato por su parte!

Sigue buscando otro hotel porque este es uno de los hoteles mas malos en los que nos hemos hospedado. En su web dicen que tiene wifi, mentira, el baño con goteras del piso de arriba, suciedad, oscuridad, baño sucio, el personal de la recepción es grosero, a la chica americana de la recepción por la noche le pedí que me cambiasen de habitación por como estaba la mía y sencillamente se limito a decirme que no, que todas son iguales y la otra chica de la mañana ni te mira a la cara para decirte buenos días, y lo mejor: cucarachas!!! En fin una pesadilla!!!

Não tem elevedor e isso não foi informado. O café da manhã é muito ruim, pelo preço cobrado.

Last two days there was no hot water in the shower. Wifi not very reliable, working at the reception, but not in the room.
