Score from 604 reviews Very good
The staff were great and all our needs met. Great location close to our favorite spots.
The extremely small en suite bathroom.
The hotel very close to the beach and shopping which was all part of the reason for visiting Waikiki.
Nothing springs to mind.
The six dollar fee that we didn't;use.
AVAILABILITY TO DENNYS FOR ANY MEALS WE REQUIRED, ALSO ABC STORE NEXT DOOR, AND SO CLOSE TO ANYTHING WE WANTED TO GO TO, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE BOOKED TO GO ON TOURS, WILL BE BACK AGAIN.
Location, quality bed, and view.
Rude check in staff and lack of support for internet connectivity. Whilst many staff were excellent two, a man and a woman on the front desk were rude and very unhelpful when reasonable request were made
Just one min to the beach. Lots of restorants around. It's in the middle of everything. I would defenatelly come back.
Very good location and good value.
Loved the location and the convenience of being so close to the beach, food, shopping and activities.
The Murphy bed in the studio is not super Comfy but it worked for the price we paid.
Excellent ocean views and location.
The accommodation was very tired and shabby. Apartment seriously in need of upgrade. The accommodation was very costly as we stayed for 14 days, and considering the $$ we spent we did expect a more modern and tastefully furnished facility, and this was not.
Have stayed here a few times before and will continue to stay here as we love the location and Dennys downstairs is always nice and convenient with the kids .Always book a 1 bedroom plus living and kitchen , comes with 2 bathrooms.A studio is way to small for us . Will stay again even though this property is looking like its in a time warp from the 80,s .In saying that its still a great place in a perfect location for a fair price considering what the prices are like in this location
Location. Friendly staff. Use of hospitality suite to shower and change after a day on the beach before a late flight home.
Helpfulness of staff, good location
Poor quality bed
Staff and proximity to beach and shopping.
even though it looks like it was updated a few years ago it still feels like a tiring facility.
Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from the beach. Shops and restaurants right at your doorstep! Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!
Location,facilities helpfillness friendlyness
Could,nt find anything wrong with the resort
Location, beach and everything around the corner Hot tubs
Dirty kitchen facilities and the appliances didn't function properly Outdated in every corner
Proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars ... staff were very accommodating, great roof top pool, and cheap wifi, at $5 a day
The pull down bed, although it was surprisingly comfortable, and very easy to manage
Location The Staff
Location, staff, room was all excellent.
The air conditioning is a little noisy but we soon got used to it.
The small kitchen, bed and views.
Our friends got a double murphy bed and we got a queen.
bed was extremelyuncomfortable resulting in puting my back out I will need to see a chiropractor when I arrive home. The bath had no hand rail so because my back went out and the high stepping out bath rim I needed my husband to help me out.. the bathroom was in need of a renovation example the bath was repaired with patchy spots, the soap holder was cracked.. bacteria heaven.. the area under the air conditioner was patchy with water marks ,also the area behind the bed was dirty, carpet needed to be cleaned as it looked as if it had not been steamed cleaned in ages, stub your toes on wooden bed base, room was poorly laid out and the air conditioner was very noisy.corridor smelt very musty, poor lighting in rooms.
Replinishing of bathroom products not enough. Had to ask for more.
We stayed in a palm suite and were a family of 6. the beds were better then we had expected. Initially we chose this place because this room boasted a full kitchennette. Dont fool yourself though, you are in Hawaii and did not come to cook! The Receptionist on our first night (early hours of the 5th Sept) was awesome-friendly, helpful, and quick to get us sorted.
A room with a kettle and coffee maker/fridge but did not supply any coffee- I would have atleast expected coffee/sugar/milk for what we paid. We left our coffee behind for the next person. The shop downstairs although conveniently placed, charged us $8USD for a loaf of bread, note that Dennys right next to it do breakfast for $2 (coffee/eggs/hash brown/bread etc) per person. We gave up the notion of self catering very quickly after seeing these prices:)
Size of bathroom. Very small.
