100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The Imperial Swan also features a seasonal Poolside Bar, serving snacks and drinks by the pool.
Wet n' Wild is only 3 blocks away. Discovery Cove, Church Street Station and the Holy Land Experience are all less than 10 miles away.
In room safety deposit boxes, rollaway beds, microwaves and baby strollers are available for rent for a nominal fee.
Wireless access is now available in most rooms and a business center is located in the lobby where guests can access email, print boarding passes, send faxes and make copies.

it's quiet & very close of everything, there in Downtown and it's clean(very important).They have very early information for the tours, wonderful.Was very peaceful.Thanks Not breakfast( can be so simple, but some)minimum fresh coffee all the time. The internet is not public and downstairs wasn't the c.card machine next to.When then clean in the morning they didn't put back the coffee we used(regular) they left just the other one for the next day,we didn't drink |

It;s ocation is quite good with easy walking distance to universal and wet and wild just down the road as well as restaurants It could do with decorating its never changed much from when I stayed there five years ago |

Big surprise! Very nice hotel, quiet, nice rooms, very clean, easy acess to the parks. Good parking spots. Wireless connection should be free. The hotel would be full all year. |

I liked the fact that it was close to SeaWorld and International Drive. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that breakfast isn't included and the shuttle for SeaWorld was over 1/2hr late, but other than that, it was great...Clean, nice pool area...However, I do think the rooms/bathrooms could use some fresh paint... |

Very quiet. I didnt like there wasnt enough security. the doors were not locked to the parking lots at night anyone could come into the hotel. Also the laundry room was on a patio ouitside with only a canopy over it not very safe. |

The rate is so inexpensive for the nice room. They had free scheduled shuttle bus (which also stops at other hotels) to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World, although the schedule is quite limited. They did not allow for early check-in before 4 pm. (However they kept the luggage in the storage room for free for us) |

A localizacao muito boa, proximo aos outlets e malls, o valor da estadia e muito convidativo, tem uma padaria brasileira bem perto, onde pode-se tomar cafe da manha com pao na chapa excelentes. Achamos que o acesso a internet e muito caro, cerca de U$ 10 por dia, quase 1/3 do valor da diaria. |

Der Preis war in Ordnung, Disney war gut mit dem Auto erreichbar (innerhalb 20 Minuten :-O)... Wenn man wenig Zeit in dem Hotel verbringt, so wie wir, nur übernachtung, dann ist das Hotel durch den Preis akzeptabel. Das Hotel hat Busschuttle angeboten, aber die Zeiten für dieses Busschuttle waren sehr ungüngstig für die Besuche in die Freizeitparks. Nach Anfragen für Alternativen wurde uns gesagt, dann nimm doch dein Auto wenn du schon mit dem Auto da bist, kostet ja nur 12 Dollar Parkgebühr pro Tag (zu erwähnen ist, dass wir fünf Tage Aufenthalt hatten)... Service also miserabel. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach und alt eingerichtet. |
