Decor, view , and breakfasts, helpful and energetic staff
Good location for downtown. Definitely patronize the restaurant, great burgers and breakfast.
No refrigerator for room.
The decor in the room and lobby. The bed was devine.
The location. The view from the room.
This was my 3rd visit to Asheville and all three times stayed at Hotel Indigo. The location is great and staff is friendly and helpful.
The room was wonderfully spacious, the furnishings were ample and very comfortable and the shower was HUGE and awesome! The restaurant was small and simple but offered a very acceptable, diverse menu with foods well prepared for both dinner and breakfast.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to getting to downtown.
I booked a queen room at a discounted rate through Booking.com. I mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary in the "Special Instuctions" section, and when we arrived we found out that we had been upgraded to a honeymoon suite! Thank you, Hotel Indigo, for taking such wonderful care of us. We will definitely be back!
We were very pleased with our stay. Only complaint was only one choice of restaurants.
Great location to access all the diversity of Ashville. Our room was modern and fresh looking with simple design and furnishiings. Bedding was luxurious. Staff was so accomodating. Restaurant was great and not overpriced.
The furniture in the room is pretty banged up...needs replacing. The conceourge was not well informed.
everyone on the staff was excellent
no in- room refridge -- upon checkin was not told about ease of parking so we signed up for valet -- small extra expense but felt tacky -- taking into consideration the location I think that the hotel should provide walking tour guides from location to places of interest (public art, museums, exercise, etc.).-- noisy (older) machines in exercise/workout area made tv impossible to listen to
on site restaurant and hardwood floors in room!!
The bed, the shower, the proximity, the frogs and beetles singing lullaby
didn't get an emailed receipt as requested
Booked it very late and had to pay a premium for the room not sure if I think it was worth $800 plus dollars for 2 nights
It was downtown asheville....location
Staff was great. Very clean and sleek. Great location!
Price. But you get what you pay for.
Front desk could not have been more helpful and courteous. Parking was great except for a pipe that leaked a white substance on our car. Room was very comfortable.
Service in 151 was very slow and has a very limited menu. There seemed to be plenty of help that lacked proper supervision and direction.
The staff was very friendly and rooms are large. The dinner in the dining room was great but the breakfasts are average.
The furniture looks cheap and wasn't in great condition in my room. The doors to the room close very loudly and hearing them will wake you up. They should install a "soft" closing door.
Everything. The cafe in the lobby was a wonderful surprise. The decor was enjoyable. And I will return with my dogs for another visit
A tad pricy , but I assume it was due to the Highlands craft fair weekend. A lower rate would make return visits more frequent
Very noisy room overlooking freeway!
Bright spaces, contemporary decor, friendly staff & covered parking.
Long elevator wait at times. About two blocks too far from restaurants & shops. Could hear guest on both sides of our room walking and talking.
large, airy room, shower stall very roomy
clock lite out, no TV channel listing guide.
Staff at front desk were helpful and focused Rooms were very clean Good location to downtown Asheville - you can walk
Some rooms face highway and can be noisy Restaurant staff seem preoccupied with each other rather than serving guests and keeping the tables clean Rooms are small
Loved the helpful, friendly staff. The fun décor. Super comfy bed. Clean. Mountain view was so pretty. 10 minute walk to trendy restaurants and bars.
Slightest mildew in the shower. (not enough to be gross, but enough to wonder how they missed it.) Our room on the 6th floor was facing highway, and noise was a problem from 3am on. No room fridge.
