I walked in the door and was handed appetizers while I checked in. Front desk was great, valet was great (and they didn't even add the $15 daily charge for valet) and even the cleaning staff would stop and chat for a minute. Everything was clean, decor was modern and the view was great. Within blocks of all the craft beers you could possibly want. I will definitely stay here the next time.
Love the location you can walk to every thing the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean place. Great food(: Will defiantly be back!
The location was perfect.
The sheets, towels, and toilet paper were not soft.
Didn't like the 240 road noise from our room
Location was super. Hotel clean and nice. Covered parking excellent. Coffee in restaurant outstanding.
Could hear some hallway noise, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Location and view over the mountains.
So close to the highway the cars outside was loud
I thought the room was comfortable, modern, and clean. the bed was wonderful.
The staff was wonderful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was nice and spacious.
We ate at the restaurant in the hotel twice. Both times were very long waits, we were not asked if we needed anything else and had to go and ask for our bill...the restaurant wasn't busy at all and we felt we had just been forgotten. In the shower, there was a wooden shower table that needed to be cleaned...not sure I want a wooded table in a shower unit. The roon was good but, very noisy from outside noices...wasn't insulated or soundproof at all and we were on the 6th floor.
Bed was very comfortable , nice view
Inadequate coffee supplies, restaurant was very slow. Overpriced
The room was great, bathroom and shower were beautiful.
Noise of construction across the street at 6am. Noise of the air conditioner motor was horrible. Door noise from other room doors closing all night long was very disappointing
coffee was terrible. everything else was terrific. great staff.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and the staff was nice. We would stay again if the price is right.
Our floor smelled like the kitchen on many occasions. Luckily it didn't soak into the room. It was a ginger bread cookie smell either it was a grease smell.
The location was great! Easy walking to downtown Asheville and VERY short drive to the Biltmore. The staff was super friendly! The rooms were a good size and very clean! Also, liked the underground free parking. We would definitely stay here again!
The room rates seemed a bit high, but overall nothing to complain about!
This is the second time we've stayed at a Hotel Indigo location and we had excellent experiences at both locations. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I would recommend everyone I know to stay here!
The only recommendation I have is for more options on the tv. It would be nice to be able to buy movies on the tv.
Fantastic restaurant. The Short Ribs meatloaf was out of this world. Fantastic room service. Great workout facilities. Really friendly staff without being overbearing. Great location in downtown Ashville. Overall very hip vibe.
I loved the fact the rooms had the faux wood floors, & we're very clean.
The only thing I didn't love is that it's supposed to be a pet friendly hotel, yet there was really no where to take my dog out to go potty.
the design. Rooms are quiet and clean.
Walking score to city attractions is a bit far. Especially in cold winter weather. Located next to the hwy-road noise. Internet is slow. Attempted to download movies for the flight home and did not complete the process for the flight home.
Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Layout of Lobby - bar/lounge area was very inviting (great lighting & modern furnishings on an open floor plan but still cozy) Lots of natural light along with great view from my corner room
VERY limited space upon arrival/check-in. Small area of tiled floor in shower had mildew stains in the grout.
Valet great Bar tenders not pleasant
The staff was friendly and curteous Perfect Location , a lot of resturants, shops and breweries in walking distance.
no complaints :)
We loved that there was a happy birthday sign and balloons and other birthday surprises!
I wish the drapes were able to keep the rising sun out first thing in the morning.
Perfect location in downtown Asheville. Walking distance to many great restaurants, shops and attractions. Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. Love the open/spacious shower.
Expensive, especially on the weekend.
My wife loved the fact that it is a green facility. She really liked the bamboo flooring. We both loved the restaurant. The food was much better than normal. I loved the location. It was an easy walk to the downtown area.
Not that we didn't like it but my wife thought it unusual that there were sodas offered in the vending machines.
