Accessible, close to airport. Quiet and friendly. Advertised lunch service not provided - I had to ask for a single lunch to be made.

I loved the front desk agent Rod...he was very friendly and welcoming. I booked on an outside site...and the price I received for the hotel was appropriate. I really like the design of the rooms as well. I also like the airport transportation available.

Decor Very expensive with little to no amenities, Not very child friendly. The neighborhood was not the safest looking. A bowl of cereal and milk cost over $6.00. Booking.com did not mention the $25.00 charge for "incidentals" and neither did the person checking us in.

Bed was comfortable Had to ring for shuttle pick-up from the airport. No water in the room. Coffee machine made cold coffee. No breakfast as restaurant opened 30 minutes late.

No carpets but linoleum with wood floor prints. It sounds cheap but it looks fantastic and it's a lot more cleaner than those dirty carpets you find in motels. A++++++ No continental breakfast included, sold separately for $15... Maybe better a trip to IHOP two blocks away for same or less money.

I made a mistake in my booking, and they were very eager to work out the issue in a way that didnt hurt me financially. Staff was great, everything new, modern and stylish. Only regret is not being able to stay longer! Hope to be back soon!

Fantastic! Can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at your hotel. Only complaint...you went to the trouble and exspense of putting fabulous coffee and maker in the rooms and spoiled it by using powdered creamer and low end sweetner. They make non refrigerated creamers...

After 2 weeks touring by car, this hotel was in a convenient location for rental car return, MATRA station to airport or city, and had a free shuttle bus to airport at 30 minute intervals. Clean and comfortable. could here freight trains and planes

Modern design, comforabele kamer, grote douche, vlakbij metro Geluidshinder opstijgende vliegtuigen, maar vooral de toeterende passerende treinen (ook 's nachts). Geen koelkastje op kamer en geen "vendingmachines" op de verdiepingsvloer.

Extremely convenient to airport Cordial staff who reflect the culture of the South and neighborhood which keeps it from feeling like a "cookie cutter" chain hotel, yet still with the quality one expects from Hotel Indigo.

・設備が新しく清潔感がある。 ・Wifiが無料。 ・空港送迎のバスあり。 ・頼めば最寄りのスーパーまでも送迎してくれる。 ・レストランの食事が比較的美味しい。 ・「朝食付き」のプランで申し込んだにも関わらず、通じていない。Booking.comが勝手になっている、という対応。予約書をみせて納得し、＄10のクーポンをもらったが、朝食メニュ- ーは最低＄12.99～で、「朝食付き」とは言えない。 ・空港が近い為、深夜まで離着陸の騒音が止まない。 2重ガラスになっていない。 ・近くに貨物路線もあり、深夜まで警笛を鳴らして通過する為、煩くて眠れない。

close to airport, clean and friendly, shuttle to airport every 30 min. next to subway. Hotel was o.k. but direct next tob the airport runway and to train tracks. train is whizzeling every time he is crossing.
