Location, nearby the T. The staff is very kind. The rooms are nice.
Great location off highway and next to the T.
Comfortable, next door to the T, minutes away to friends and family we were visiting, friendly, engaging, helpful staff.
The restaurant was too expensive for us to eat, except for one meal. Would have been nice to have the convenience of something on site, with more variety in pricing.
Very thorough & friendly front desk associates; modern fixtures & decor; beautiful room w comfy beds and tons of pillows; small-ish bathroom, but plenty of towels & Aveda skin and hair products, gorgeous glass-walled shower; easy checkout. Restaurant too pricey for us, but we called for Chinese takeout, so no big deal.
Our teenager was very disappointed he couldn't get his X-Box to work w the flat screen tv. The front desk person said it wouldn't work in any of their rooms.
Clean, modern, great location, free parking at hotel, and the T right there. Options for quick take out breakfast items & coffee or a more formal breakfast in the restaurant. Very quiet. Helpful staff.
I liked the cleanliness and the close location to the T-line. All staff were very helpful. Grounds were beautiful!
I didn't like having to sign into wifi everytime I wanted to use it.
all accommondation were ok and working
disproportionate price to performance; the toilet was not cleaned well; the doors are so thin that you hear every little noise from the whole floor - both of us woke up several times during the night and in the morning (children crying at 5am, ...)
Along with the normal amenities, there are cookies by the front desk. The rooms are beautiful, the view pleasant, and the services prompt and well delivered. At only about 20 dollars more than chain hotels, I would travel there again and again.
good location for access to downtown on mta easy on-off interstate
just another very bland business type hotel with high restaurant prices and high city accomodation rates. nothing to remember for compliments or complaints beyond that. really quite unfair i suppose for me to post this as negative comment. i will forget them quickly
Clean and comfy room and easy parking.
To type WiFi password every 5 minutes is torture.
Convenient location Free parking Friendly and responsive staff
WIth two wedding parties booked at the hotel on the same weekend, it was quite crowded and noisy. Not the hotel's fault, but it does seem that the wedding parties received preferential treatment over the not-wedding party guests (such as my husband and me).
Only wish is the room was bigger and more accessible electrical outlets.
Nice friendly staff and rooms are very equipped and beds were very comfortable. Great location and free parking.
Too noisy at night,on level 2 there was a vibrating noise from an extractor fan outside of our room,we moved to level 5 and the wind whistled through our closed door all night.food and drink far too expensive.lifts were very frustrating and no stairs to car parks.
Terrific poolside atmosphere and live music at the lounge nightly. Also convenient for commuting.
All the reasons as above
I was on a road trip and arrived a day early; they would not change the days; saying I had to go to booking.com; I ended up paying for an extra day; then when I left they were going to charge me 100 dollars for early exit; I said I have travelled all over the america and never had a problem; then they cancelled the fee; I normally do not pre book hotels up front; after this I will not be doing it in future;
location was excellent
room space was small
Hotel was in a great location for what we wanted - easy to get to Boston on the train and close to Wellesley for the wedding we attended. Nice clean room. Front desk staff were GREAT at helpful directions and recommendations and making sure we had an early morning car the day we left.
Hotel restaurant was a different story. Had breakfast there and never went back. Bad coffee, sparse service and OK food was not worth revisiting.
Staff in lobby and restaurant was excellent. The pool and gym facilities was great
Room Service was not good enough, floor not cleaned properly or table, once lacked toilet paper. We were three in the room and did not have enough shampo Small room.
The restaurant has good food. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The elevators are slow.
Very clean room. Close to the T. Great pool!
Room was kind of small/cramped for my wife and I but was manageable.
I liked how clean was the hotel. The appearance of the hotel was fantastic , very chi and fancy. I love their pool , their restaurant , Bokx was excellent . I ate dinner after the pool and it was extraordinary . The staff there were so amicable and nice . Then I went down to the pool by the fire to eat dessert , a cheese plate and some drinks . The night was fantastic . Music and the lights at night were perfect . You just lay in their bed chairs and enjoy the view. Their staff girls were so nice and attentive with us. The dj during the day at the pool was on point with the music . It gives you this feeling of you being in your own pool party . The appearances of the hotel , pool and the restaurant were perfect .
What I didn't like was the room was a little small for what I paid and my taste but still clean and cozy. I wish we had a fridge in our room too. I also dislike the way other people from outside had more privileges to the seats at the pool because they paid for it but us guest hotel paid for a whole package . Everything was reserved on Sunday so no seats for us on a good spot . Saturday was a little better . They should make guest of the hotel more privileges because we are paying to enjoy the pool. I went to that hotel on my birthday just for the pool.
The front desk staff was uninviting upon arrival, no warmth whatsoever. The night manager was rudw. The pool was closed to guests because of a private party and then after the party was over, it was closed for the evening. I was told that I had to wear shoes in the pool because of glass though the sign clearly states no glass at the pool. Hmm. I was under the impression that this was an ultra modern hotel but I could've had the same experience at IKEA.
Access to highways, comfortable beds, cleanliness, nice pool
poor menu selection for lunch in restaurant, no other restaurants nearby, only ice machine in lower level and we were on 7th floor.
