The decor being slightly quirky, had some character, friendly staff, free wireless internet, central location, quiet

Shower feeble, absence of chest of drawers, wireless internet very temperamental, breakfasts OK but not up to usual business standards

Staff members were courteous and took time to remember our names and the purpose of our visit. I noticed several of the people worked more than one position and everyone made sure they were available to help with questions. From the front desk smiles to the valet- we were delighted with their services.

Not much that I can think of other than the occasional extra noise when riding the elevator.

Location (downtown) -can walk to dinner snd theatre. Decor is bright and pretty. Friendly staff.

Small hotel, rooms and bathrooms. Queen suite would be crowded with kids. Cute but basic. Returned for dessert after dinner out and were offered cheesecake and chocolate cheesecake.

I did not like teh smell inside the Lobby. Not sure what i twas but was smelling like old carpet/house. The rooms and the hall ways were ok

A lovely hotel with fantastic rooms. Nice and bright. Great size. We stayed here to be in walking distance to the Megabus departure area and it was in walking distance to everything else that mattered too.

Nothing really. It is a really nice place. Room service is not available in the middle of the night if that is important to you.

I love Indigo's decor -- it makes me feel like I'm in the islands. It's a very happy and bright place. The restaurant was good for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a good value for the money -- especially with a weekend breakfast package.

The location of this property was on the outskirts of the bar and restaurant scene in downtown Dallas. Not a bad walk, but it gets lonely later at night. Might not be good for women alone. The walls were a bit thin and the shower in my bathroom may have been one of the weakest ones I've ever had!

This hotel has atmosphere galore. It reminded me of an French or Italian boutique hotel. The hospitality of all the staff was unsurpassed. Everyone seemed happy, content, & eager to assist. The rooms were spotless. The Aveda products were a nice touch.

I wished that there was a sauna on location. The heater did not work in our room & it could not be fixed. Luckily, it did not get too cold.

Check-in staff swiped my card three times, amounting to a 31/2 times authorization hold, then promised three times to check with manager and my bank but did none of these

from the moment I was greeted by the conciere to the moment I checked out, my expectations were surpassed by staff, accomodations, and dining! Great atmosphere. Very boutique like. Great rooms-love the bright and calming colors, pillow like beds, quiet rooms and exceptional staff! I stayed 3 nights for a tradeshow and looked forward to coming back to the room after a long day and often evenings. Love, love, love the free shuttle within a 3 mile radius-was able to get to and from the convention center each day without the added cost of a cab. Great location for dining, shopping, and business. Thank you so much! I will definitely be booking again for next years show!

the only thing I can say that I didn't like was that there was no drawer for my clothes. Just used the closet and my suitcase.

Everything - the location was great and the staff were excellent, very helpful to show your around the city for he best places to see and eat. Definitely will stay there again.

Very nice room, amazing bed, good breakfast, conveniently located in a walkable distance to the arts district and many restaurants.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was very comforting. The hotel is in a great location and the shuttle is a nice bonus for out of towners that don't know the city very well.

The only down to the trip was the time in response for the shuttle for pick up from event. The pick up spot was not a very comfortable place to stand at wait for almost 30 minutes.

I stayed for 3 nights over a weekend for business. What was there not to like? The room I stayed in was clean, and even though it was a weekend, it was very quiet. The only thing I ever heard was a chair scooting across the floor above one time. The bed was really comfortable, and they give you 4 pillows to sleep on! The decor reminded me of Key West, and I like that. I also like the idea that they had a shuttle that would take you downtown within a 3 mile radius, for free! Service was excellent. It didn't matter who I talked to, they always were very courteous and willing to help.

Night staff! was a lil rude. we had gotten back kinda late from our event around 12am and we did not get the friendly service we had gotten that morning! It was very fustrating!
