The decor throughout the hotel was nice. High end, artistic and urban. Room was a good size. Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of pillows! Nice bathroom. Great location, walkable to everything, but in a quiet part of town. Liked the breakfast a lot too.
Not much that I didn't like other than the price. Most of the downtown hotels were booked which inflated it a bit and the price was inline with other nice downtown hotels. We had a good experience though and would stay again.
All staff from every service area of the hotel were excellent and very friendly.
I didn't like the stick sound the floor made and it was cold on your feet. Also, our second morning housekeeping came to clean the room at 8:20 am fair too early in the morning.
It was a beautiful hotel. Convenient to everything. The staff was great.
THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE PRICE. I FEEL THAT IT WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
We loved location of this hotel!..If we needed a taxi there was always one ready. Food and bar drinks were great & the staff was extremely helpful & curtious.
The only thing we didnt like was our bathroom had a mildew smell.
The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was beautiful! Great location within walking distance to downtown attractions and nightlife!
It was very convenient. The staff was great and went out of their way to help. the bed was very comfortable. Ane there was plenty of towels which is usually a problem. I would stay at the hotel Indigo in the future.
I would like for location maps.
Ideal location, very comfortable room. Well decorated. A very old building that was remodeled with comfort in mind. Valet service took care of our vehicle. I f you are coming to Nashville for a football game like I was, or any other event, this hotel is worth the price. Slept like a baby in comfortable bed, without having to hear noises from outside.
The Hotel Indigo is a 3 block walk from shopping and bars located on 2nd, and about 5 blocks from downtown night life on Broadway. It is clean, quiet and overall pretty comfortable.
Overall we had a great experience, but a few additions to the room could have made it top notch. When traveling we take our laptop and iPad, it would have been nice if there were a safe in the room to store valuables. Additionally, a mini-fridge is always a nice to have in a hotel room.
The size of the room and bathroom were perfect for a solo or couple travellers. The free wi-fi was excellent. The decor and design is fresh and welcoming. The room was not cluttered so felt quite spacious.
Too much noise from the hallway outside the room but I am not sure how to resolve that. The breakfast buffet was not very appetising, more fresh options would be good. But the al a carte breakfast menu was good.
Very quiet room. Staff was wonderful. Excellent breakfast.
We slept like babies....the mattress was awesome.....enjoyed being in close walking distance of everything we wanted to do....Nashville is a beautiful city....and the gamecocks beating vandy put the icing on the cake......enjoyed going and watching the game....even the vanderbilt people we tailgated by were great....awesome trip and look forward to doing it again in two years..................
I didn't like the sudden price change when it came Friday....price went up $100....nobody told me this was going to happen....that sucked so not sure if i'll stay at the indigo Nashville again.....
Friendly staff, clean room and quiet for sleeping.
Once we arrived at the front desk, I was asked if we were ready for our twin bed to snuggle in!!!! My girlfriend and I were there for a weekend of 16 hours of fitness training. We were not amused! The hotel was overpriced and the staff was not welcoming.
The room size and the comfortable bed
Limited breakfast options
very freindly staff backed up with clean well furnished rooms .was a pleasure to return each day. staffwould wish us a good day on way out and enquire as to whether we had enjoyed our day upon return.
asked for extra pillows and no one brought them to our room
No hot water. No blow dryer. Called the desk, but they never brought it.
Loved the location of this hotel & the modern touches in the room. Bed was super comfy. Had breakfast downstairs & it was delicious & fairly priced. Would definitely recommend to couples, business or groups of friends. Not really a family hotel.
Comfort, clean, welcoming
No info on in house music, specials n events.
Location very clean comfortable
Price for room could have been a cheaper. No continental breakfast for price of room. I stayed in much cheaper places & they have cont breakfast. Buffet to expensive.
Easy walk to everything Friendly staff Good value for money
Really close to the downtown scene. The staff there is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and it a comfortable, beautiful hotel. When I first got there I noticed that one of the curtains was was not on the correct track. The engineering team immediately responded to the call, fixed the problem as quickly as possible and made sure everything was cleaned and in place before leaving.
The elevator, I was on the 13th floor and after "repairing" the tower 1 elevator I spent the entire week squeezing through a door that would only half open or random car stalls. The staff was perfection in every area but they could have been a little better about responding to the elevator problems. Also, the beddings kind of cut rate.
The room was decorated exquisitely!!! I felt like I was in a magazine!! Loved loved loved the floors! Staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again!!!
I do wish there was a little fridge in the room.
All staff was friendly and very helpful - from the front desk to the restaurant. Everyone was great.
