The staff was absolutely incredible… from the second we walked in we were greeted with smiles and staff that went out of their way to make us comfortable. This included complimentary drinks for my husband's birthday and also brunch. The next day Patton at the front desk spent time with us talking about Nashville and places to go and actually made brunch reservations for us at the Southern. The hotel itself was very trendy but warm. We loved the boutique feel and live music. It didn't feel like the typical generic hotels you often find. I also appreciated that it was an LGBT friendly place - always something I support. My husband and I said we'd only stay here again if / when we come back to Nashville. Great location to downtown, about a 5-10 minute walk that is very enjoyable and brings you by shopping. The room had a gorgeous view of downtown and was clean and updated. Our house keeper wrote us a handwritten note; everything felt personalized and we felt that our business was genuinely appreciated. Thank you to the entire staff for such a great weekend away.
I have no complaints.
Musicians were great on our first night.
great room...great location...great staff
Good location and very friend staff.
Every window in the room and hallways were extremely dirty.
Decor in the lobby, the restaurant, and the rooms was outstanding. Very modern, clean, and sophisticated! It made you want to linger....even though you need to get out in order to experience Nashville!
Wished the Starbuck's was still on property. However, the spice cake on Friday, the muffins on Saturday, and perfectly brewed coffee more than made up for it.....plus it was "on the house"! Compliments to the chef!
We had a great time. Dante at the front desk really took great care of us. Printers Alley is literally right beside the hotel and 2nd Avenue is on the way to Broadway...the locaction is great.
No complaints except we didnt want to leave.
Staff friendly, comfy bed. Walkable to music and bars about 5 blocks. Good breakfast.
I think since the parking garage is next to hotel parking should be included in hotel price. We had to pay $22. The website stated only parking available.
Friendliness and helpfull ness of staff
Location and the cool bar
Hotel Indigo Nashville did not offer the creature comforts that I would expect from a boutique hotel. No bottled water in room, no full length mirror, no magnifying or make up mirror, no frig or mini bar in room. We had to walk to the elevator to get bottled water & down a flight of stairs for ice because the water in the vending machine was not cold. The flooring in our room (patterned concrete) was impersonal and cold and not in great shape. Bird poop littered the balcony and our view. Hotel staff in hallway was noisy beginning at 730 am and woke us up after a late night on Broadway. Self Parking was available for $5 for 12 hours next door but staff indicated that it was the same price as Valet ($22/night). Just a disappointing experience from a hotel that had it all going on a few years ago when I stayed at the West End location.
My room was roomy, clean and quiet.
It is a little bit of an uphill walk from Broadway, but still convenient.
The waiter at breakfest was wonderful as well as the young gentleman at the front Desk
The room was dirty, duvet had a red stain on it, the drawers had hair in them And the windows were filthy! There was not a floor mirror in the room
its age, it looks good, the best stay we ever had any were. evey one was nice. THE BEST LOVE IT
Huge washrooms Great valets Great beds
Shower door didn't close, resulting in wet floor. Dangerous for me & bad for you Nearby properties were, or seemed to be, vacant.
The decor throughout the hotel was nice. High end, artistic and urban. Room was a good size. Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of pillows! Nice bathroom. Great location, walkable to everything, but in a quiet part of town. Liked the breakfast a lot too.
Not much that I didn't like other than the price. Most of the downtown hotels were booked which inflated it a bit and the price was inline with other nice downtown hotels. We had a good experience though and would stay again.
The shower was probably the best ever. A lot of water pressure like a real shower should be.
For the price I paid the rooms could of been a little more noise proof. The doors would slam shut when closing which went on most of the night . Plus people with dog was put beside us and would bark when owners where gone. This went on for awhile and several different times. Pets are fine to have in a hotel but there should be a certain floor or area for people with animals.
All staff from every service area of the hotel were excellent and very friendly.
I didn't like the stick sound the floor made and it was cold on your feet. Also, our second morning housekeeping came to clean the room at 8:20 am fair too early in the morning.
It was a beautiful hotel. Convenient to everything. The staff was great.
THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE PRICE. I FEEL THAT IT WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
We loved location of this hotel!..If we needed a taxi there was always one ready. Food and bar drinks were great & the staff was extremely helpful & curtious.
The only thing we didnt like was our bathroom had a mildew smell.
The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was beautiful! Great location within walking distance to downtown attractions and nightlife!
It was very convenient. The staff was great and went out of their way to help. the bed was very comfortable. Ane there was plenty of towels which is usually a problem. I would stay at the hotel Indigo in the future.
I would like for location maps.
Ideal location, very comfortable room. Well decorated. A very old building that was remodeled with comfort in mind. Valet service took care of our vehicle. I f you are coming to Nashville for a football game like I was, or any other event, this hotel is worth the price. Slept like a baby in comfortable bed, without having to hear noises from outside.
The Hotel Indigo is a 3 block walk from shopping and bars located on 2nd, and about 5 blocks from downtown night life on Broadway. It is clean, quiet and overall pretty comfortable.
Overall we had a great experience, but a few additions to the room could have made it top notch. When traveling we take our laptop and iPad, it would have been nice if there were a safe in the room to store valuables. Additionally, a mini-fridge is always a nice to have in a hotel room.
The size of the room and bathroom were perfect for a solo or couple travellers. The free wi-fi was excellent. The decor and design is fresh and welcoming. The room was not cluttered so felt quite spacious.
Too much noise from the hallway outside the room but I am not sure how to resolve that. The breakfast buffet was not very appetising, more fresh options would be good. But the al a carte breakfast menu was good.
Very quiet room. Staff was wonderful. Excellent breakfast.
