Super hotel in nice location, with really helpful, friendly staff. Bedroom and bathroom were a good size and very stylish. Great rooftop bar, but restaurant was being refurbished so we didn't see it.We walked everywhere and we were literally 15 minutes walk from Times Square and Broadway, Flat Iron building, The High Line and shops of 5th avenue. So a perfect location. Would highly recommend to friends!
Indigo was a great place to stay. Its located on a quiet street at the north end of Chelsea. And its only few blocks from 34th street shopping (macys etc). It has a lovely rooftop bar. Would recommend it for a shopping trip or weekend getaway.

Location was very good, so we could walk to most of places. Room was clean and with all facilities: fridge, coffee machine, ... Good wifi access.
Small room for 3 people, I guess that is normal in NYC... No breakfast, but plenty of places around

This hotel was the best value I could find at the last minute for NYC. Of course I think $400 a night anywhere is crazy but I guess thats NYC for you. This hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. They had no issues storing our luggage since we got their early and gave us a call as soon as a room was ready. I felt they did their best to help us since we had a wedding at 3 PM and needed our room early. The location was a 10-15 minute walk to a ton of major sites!
The Wi-Fi did not work.
The hotel staff was tremendously friendly! And I really liked my room.
The only thing I did not like was the fact that through out the whole night, trucks got loaded and unloaded in front of the hotel, which was pretty noisy and I had a hard time falling asleep - but I guess that's what you get when staying in NYC. Also the fact that I forgot my cell at home and had to use the internet on a computer - its wifi was slooowww.
The stafff were so welcoming and efficient.The view of the Flower Market from bedroom window was wonderful in such a busy city.

The lobby was not an attractive entrance
We were two adults and we booked a two bedrooms through booking.com. I have even added a comment that we will not be able to check in single bedroom. After checking in and charging our credit card at midnight. The said that they have only single bed because they did not read this info from booking.com. I spent two hours talking to them and to booking.com customer service without a result. Finally, I had to check one of us in this room, and search for another room outside for myself. In addition, they did not even tried to give us any thing (not even a free bottle of water) to compensate for the troubles that they caused to us by not reading the requests sent from booking.com
The hotel was in a great location. We felt safe, we were close to restaurants and the subway. The front desk was AWESOME. They were so helpful and willing to answer our questions and were always willing to point us in the right direction.
Nothing. Other then the typical NYC issue of space, which I think they utilized what they had nicely.
The location was great - easy to get anywhere from the hotel. We loved the decor and the hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The bed was super comfortable. My daughter loved the gym. The staff were always good humoured, welcoming and helpful.
The wifi was certainly problematic. I was relying on it to be able to work from my bedroom and this was impossible for much of my three day stay. Because of construction going on around the hotel, the street outside of the hotel was diverted with a pedestrian divert too. I would have liked someone from the hotel to have been able to help get a taxi and to bring my luggage in/out.

Very nice little hotel centrally located. Lovely staff and comfy bed. Bathrooms stocked with Aveda products. A great hotel for the money. The rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations but I'm sure that would have added to our stay.

For the size of the room (typical of NYC, of course) I thought the price was a bit high.
I liked the location, openness of the room and the artwork.
The bed that was supposed to be a double bed but was a pullout couch. The fact that the bed was broke and fixed w painters tape.Staff came to fix & fixed w duct tape but wasn't really fixed. Bed creaked & had dips. Miserable sleep. Shower had no curtain in an open shower. Water layer on floor coming out into the sleeping area. Was to sleep four and had only three towels. Was compensated 15$ to use in the mini bar w water costing $5, cans of soda $2.50 & snacks being 5.50 for less than a handful. They were working on the restaurant so food was limited and only thing in vending was skittles.

Front Desk staff, Nicole, went out of her way to accommodate us. Housekeeping staff were also extremely courteous and helpful.
