Hotel Indigo - Chelsea  

食事、観光が楽だった。

何より新しく清潔でした。

シャワーの設備が今ひとつでした。水量が十分でなく、シャワーカーテンの様なものがありませんでした。また- 。無線ランは少々不安定でした。

It is a nice, small , hotel in a good central location , with small, but clean rooms and a very good bed.

On our first night after arriving from Europe there was , so we heard the next day a private party on the rooftop. This was at an extremely late hour [ up tp 4.00 am !!!!] and it waoke me up. We were staying om ther 16 floor. I tried the front desk but after my first call they did not pick up the phone again. Nothing was doen no apologies , also not the next day. That was very disappointing.

A very pleasant stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome.The breakfast was very nice and I liked the option to upgrade and pay a little extra.

The music in the roof top bar was too loud and the chairs and tables were horribly uncofortable.We spent some time in the downstairs bar which seemed to close rather early for a city that boasts it is open 24 hours.

The bed was the best one I have been in! Absolute perfection. I asked for a room that was not dark and they put me on the 15th floor so I had light and a view.

I wish bathrooms had ventilation and something besides a really high shower head. A faucet is very necessary sometimes.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very good location. Remarkably silent, a most important feature for me. Wi-fi free and fast. Excellent for the price we paid.

Some people will resent the limited shower. No douches available in the King room,

Cental location

Room was clean.

Room did not have solid curtains. Only sheer curtains with hole cut outs which allowed for the building next door to look into our window. Each morning the sun came directly into our room. Vacuuming on Sunday morning around 8am outside our door. Front desks comments to my complaint - we are sorry

Easy, comfortable, attractive design, great location, good restaurant and rooftop bar.

We liked staying in the Flower District, close to the Highline. A bit hard to find a good restaurant within walking distance. Very convenient for the subway and for the Bolt bus.

The rooms were comfy with great beds and they were very clean. Housekeeping does their job for sure! Well appointed decor. Rooftop bar is so cute.

Staff at the front desk were somewhat distracted with each others company and the doormen were afraid of the weather.

The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The hotel has only been opened for a little over a year and is in great shape.

This was my second time at the hotel and I was disappointed by the busy.disorganized lobby. The business center consists of two computers with a printer that didnt work. So this hotel is best for people on holiday but with little need for the kind of extras typical in better hotels.
