Hotel Indigo - Chelsea

Excellent location (half a block away from subway station from metro line 1; 2 blocks from broadway / 5 th avenue and a couple of blocks away from the Empire State Building); Very nice rooms and breakfast buffet; Very friendly and helpful staff

Good location. Terrific staff. Small but comfortable room. Buffet breakfast was expensive for the offerings. Very nice boutique hotel on a very quiet street. Never even heard a honk of a horn.Near subways and easy cabs.

The location is good if you come to Chelsea for fashion work, etc. The staff was professional even though they had problems processing my Europe-issued credit card. Valet parking is OK as well, you can call the reception ahead from the city and they bring up the car within 10-20 minutes. The room is very well designed, that's definitely worth a mention -- lamps, chair, tables to work from, all well suited. The price, given last-minute booking, and NYC scale, was fair. I'd stay again if the price makes sense. NB: around the corner you have Whole Foods Market open until 11pm; and, best place for breakfast is Madeleine Patisserie, Paris-quality small French cafe on 23rd street.

The gym looked unattractive. The lobby toilets being located on lower level was not very convenient and the cleanliness of these was a bit neglected. But all in all, this is a nice hotel without anything that would make my stay uncomfortable. If I could have the same hotel in Paris, I would be very happy, especially since the quality of the in-room arrangement is so excellent.

A személyzet és az elhelyezkedés kíváló volt. A szoba igen praktikus és jó. Vacsorára a konyha nagyon jó.

A reggeli választéka nagyon kicsi volt + gyakran igecsak üres volt a büféasztal. A fűtés az első szobánkban nem igazán működött, illetve a csere után a másik szobában is igen hangos volt a fűtés légkezelő amikor bekapcsolt és ment. A szomszédban, szemben éjszaka is építkezés folyik, komoly teherforgalommal és építkezési zajjal jár.

Hôtel récent près de Penn station, macy's et empire state. Très bon rapport qualite prix lors de mon séjour. Confortable.

Chambre froide malgré la tentative de réglage de la température la chambre est restée froide début decembre 2009.

hotel nuovo, posizione ottima sia al centro che per la metropolitana, ottima prima colazione e ottima pulizia

Localização e estado de conservação do hotel (tudo era novo). O restaurante é também ele muito bom e nada caro para o que é habitual em Nova Iorque (pouco mais de 20 US$ p/ pessoa) ao almoço.

Die Einrichtung und das Badezimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Angestellten stehts höflich und zuvorkommend.

Der Wasserhahn vom Waschtisch im Bad war nicht fest montiert. DIe Heizung im Zimmer ist im Betrieb viel zu laut, so dass man diese nur in der Abwesenheit betreiben kann, Das Bedienkonzept der TV-Anlage ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
