Czysto,wygodnie Be carefull if you have room with breakfast!!! Chodzi o wprowadzenie w błąd czego konsekwencją byto "wyłudzenie" dodatkowej opłaty za śniadanie , które miałem w cenie hotelu.I have booked room included brekfast and I have received tikets for it during check in. Waiter picked up tikets and gave us menu. When I ordered scrambled eggs from menu cart and went too bufet ,waiter has informed me that it is additional payed service. I did not use it and have brakfast from menu. Waiter charged me 48$ for brakfast in the end. The same waiter had picked up brekfast tickets in the entrance.There ware information that it is continental breakfast on tickes, it is true.He took tikets and he did not informed me about it. There were only few people in restaurant and menu cart with out any information about prices. I do not understand why waiter did not inform me about continental breakfast, why he offered me positions from manu (with out prices) and why he had informed me about payed bufet?It was not fair. I have payd for it !!! I hope that it was mistake but it is very strange situation! I have filed like "one deal" client in that place and probably I never stay in the Indigo hotel. The breakfast was OK. :)

I thought the room was fabulous! I liked the design of the bathroom and the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely professional and attentive. They had a 5-star hotel look and feel even though the location isn't 5-star and the hotel isn't 5-star. Exterior Noise: The view was horrible (industrial) and it was very noisy (industrial noise) outside of the hotel. Interior Noise: The heater was noisy, the walls thin, and the room was located near the elevators so it was noisy inside as well.

It is a nice, small , hotel in a good central location , with small, but clean rooms and a very good bed. On our first night after arriving from Europe there was , so we heard the next day a private party on the rooftop. This was at an extremely late hour [ up tp 4.00 am !!!!] and it waoke me up. We were staying om ther 16 floor. I tried the front desk but after my first call they did not pick up the phone again. Nothing was doen no apologies , also not the next day. That was very disappointing.

Hotel staff was nice. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was a bother (no tub, no full door). Only 1 bathrobe in a 2- person room. Heating was broken (heater only blew out cold air...not so great when it's 20 degrees outside).

A very pleasant stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome.The breakfast was very nice and I liked the option to upgrade and pay a little extra. The music in the roof top bar was too loud and the chairs and tables were horribly uncofortable.We spent some time in the downstairs bar which seemed to close rather early for a city that boasts it is open 24 hours.

The bed was the best one I have been in! Absolute perfection. I asked for a room that was not dark and they put me on the 15th floor so I had light and a view. I wish bathrooms had ventilation and something besides a really high shower head. A faucet is very necessary sometimes.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very good location. Remarkably silent, a most important feature for me. Wi-fi free and fast. Excellent for the price we paid. Some people will resent the limited shower. No douches available in the King room,

Room was clean. Room did not have solid curtains. Only sheer curtains with hole cut outs which allowed for the building next door to look into our window. Each morning the sun came directly into our room. Vacuuming on Sunday morning around 8am outside our door. Front desks comments to my complaint - we are sorry

We liked staying in the Flower District, close to the Highline. A bit hard to find a good restaurant within walking distance. Very convenient for the subway and for the Bolt bus.

The rooms were comfy with great beds and they were very clean. Housekeeping does their job for sure! Well appointed decor. Rooftop bar is so cute. Staff at the front desk were somewhat distracted with each others company and the doormen were afraid of the weather.

The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The hotel has only been opened for a little over a year and is in great shape. This was my second time at the hotel and I was disappointed by the busy.disorganized lobby. The business center consists of two computers with a printer that didnt work. So this hotel is best for people on holiday but with little need for the kind of extras typical in better hotels.

Bathroom and the room were nicely designed. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and polite, and are always there to help. The room was a little small. The rooms are not perfectly sound-proof. House-keeping staff was friendly, but they were too noisy.

We loved the intimacy of the hotel and its location was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable (including the beds) and clean. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were pleaed to be able to leave our suitcases until check in time, and the parking garage in the next block was very helpful. We would definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again when we visit New York. Our only negative comment is that we did not receive the wake up call that we requested. Fortunately I awoke in plenty of time, but for someone trying to catch a train, plane or make an appointment, it could have been a problem. I sensed that the difficulty came from perhaps not enough available staff when too many people were requesting their luggage or a wake up call at the same time. The staff, however, was always courteous and pleasant, but perhaps overtaxed.
