The location was perfect and the price was reasonable for a nice hotel in NYC.

Staff seemed to be hosting a private party in the lobby whenever we passed through. I'm glad they were having fun, but it did not lend a professional air.

Decent Value Hotel, good room and comfortable. Free Wi Fi a definite plus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely happy with hotel, very clean, comfortable. Nice hardwood floors in rooms, so no skeevy carpeting, super clean, generous sized room, very very quiet. At first when I was going in my room, I heard mpeople talking loudly next to my room while I was outside door and afraid it might be noisy, but when I was in room, couldn't hear a thing. I was near elevator too, but never heard it all might. Didn't hear showers running, nothing. Quiet quiet quiet and comfortable as can be. Plus coffee maker in rom which was nice, and robe and slippers in closet. Nice hotel walking distance to midtown, central park too. Great kind staff as well.

Staff was attentive. Really enjoyed the good sized, very attractive room. The bathroom too was modern and attractive with a huge shower and a host of Aveda products--nice touch. LOVED the 40" Sony TV with FULL Time Warner Cable--most hotels seem to have a very limited cable service, but Indigo's cable includes almost all channels know to man brought to you in crisp, clear digital beauty! Great bed and comfy pillows. Finally, the Keurig coffee maker with 3 types of coffee and even a tea option--came in very handy (and was delicious) for a rushed morning.

Room just needed some minor touch ups and a thorough deep cleaning. While it was clean, there were some "hard to reach" areas that needed attention.

Friendly and helpful at front desk. Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Only problem was I was woken up by some loud girls at 3 am on the 12th floor Friday night. Saturday was quiet. But that was not the hotels fault.

Great Location regarding msg, Very Clean and Secure.

Restaurant wasn't very nice and food and service was sub-par.

Really good central location within 10 mins walk of Times Square. Good size room with enormous bed + hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal base for exploring New York. Would definitely stay again, especially if I could get as good as a deal as I got this time round with Booking.com - $700 in total (inc. taxes) for 5 nights was a bargain.
