The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They helped in any way they could. Not only with me and my family but in talking with other people staying at the hotel they acted in the same manner

The restaurant or room service could have better hours. They were only open for breakfast and dinner. Also maybe a gift shop or something to purchase anything you may have forgotten or a snack.

Rooms were fantastic, bartender was very friendly, pool and gym were perfect.

Location was off the beaten path, Would love a more diverse selection of room layouts

I enjoy the privacy and the professionalism of the staff that made me feel at home. When I met Craig a very easy going friendly representative of the hotel that in the future who would make a very good manager. I also enjoyed the spacious room and the designing of the hotel.

The schudule hours of the bar and restaurant should be extended because after driving from a meeting back to the hotel you have nowhere to unwine.

I have a serious complaint about this hotel. I asked a package to be delivered at Hotel Indigo Durham Airport at rtp and no one in the staff could tell me where the package is. Ups claims it was delivered and signed by someone in the hotel staff (and Hotel Indigo attested this person works there) but they did not found my item. I´m still with no answer from them? This is the first time it happens with me and I´m really upset with their lack of professionalism and courtesy with their clients. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone!

The room was beautiful and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have had in hotels. The furnishings were nice and the large walk in shower was great.

The hotel was clean and the design/lay-out/decor was fun and updated.

For the money, this room was great!

The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the light switches were odd because there was a switch that I couldn't tell what it was turning on/off.

Value for money and cleanliness

The shuttlle pick up at airport was very poor. It took almost an hour, with wait time, to get from airport to hotel. After shuttle finally arrived the driver said we had to wait longer for a flight crew. Waited some more and the flight crew never showed. The shuttle pick up was not convenient; delivery from hotel to airport was on time and good.

The bathrooms, beds and room was beautiful.

Everything was great, the only thing we noticed was the water pressure in the toilets was very low. We had to call for room service for a plunger. Usually during my hotel stays I'll purchase one just in case.

The Hotel Indigo was very comfortable. We had come into town to visit our daughter. It was the perfect location for us.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff friendly, hard working and helpful.

Loved the t.v. very comfortable bed. Also pets are allowed that was a huge plus.

No microwave, refrigerator and cafe closes during the middle of the day. Also for the price paid a free breakfast would of been nice, smaller places offer that as a comp.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh and comfortable. The food was good. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again if we were in nc.

It's like pay for ⭐⭐⭐ hotel and you get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

only problem: it was somewhat hard to find, my navigation system did not know the street, and there were no signs (only when you arrived at the "right" crossing)

It was clean and airport shuttle was available.

My dinner, the steak was not very fresh and had to settle for a Pizza and eating out rest of stay. No breakfast $8 for two slices of French toast, excluding coffee!!!
