Surprised at the final cost of the rooms with all the added taxes by city, state county etc etc. It added 25% to the room and though I new about it, extra charge for parking! Per day! Did not like thing either!

It was very clean everyone was nice

The only thing didn't like was when we left there was a charge on our bill for a meal that we payed for when we ate it with credit card and they charged us again they didn't take if off said they would tell manger and give us a call so far haven't heard from them. Everything else was great! Just hope they will call so we can striated this matter out

The relaxing atmosphere was excellent for us. The employeess at the front desk and at the bar were very helpful and curtious to the customers at all times. Since the parking seemed detached from the hotel, we were happy to have the parking location across the street. The rooms were very clean. I will recommend Indigo Hotel to all my friends who travel to San Antonio in the future.

Seeing a television outside, however the music was nice to hear. Still have the music, but a television located in another area of the patio.

The room I had reserved was a king suite, upon arrival, it wasnt available. My fiance and I were given a double queen, which was fine but I was a little disappointed. The room was very nice, and clean. The bed was super comfy. I did not like that the balcony was open and that you could see the people in the next two rooms over.

The customer service was awful. Awful. I work in a hotel, so I notice everything. I ordered room service for dinner. It came up soggy and cold. When paying for it, I wanted to use cash, he asked me to put it on my room so he wouldn't have to come back upstairs.(he should have been more than happy to come back upstairs to serve my fiance and I) When I asked for it to be removed from my bill, the removed it immediately which I was very happy about.

I paid for a room with balcony and ended up with a bad view and u couldnt sit on balcony(wasnt what it showed).

Customer Service was excellent! The trip/stay was 5 minutes away from my Dr. The hotel was necessary for eye surgery operation. I had my mother, daughter, & my 9 month old grand daughter stay in the room w/ me. The room was very spacious, and access to the outside was very convenient,(I had a small service dog with me). I would highly recommend, and will be staying there again for 2nd eye surgery the end of April.

The facility was great and the staff at the check in was fantastic.

Something dreadfully wrong with the restaurant and the staff. Communication was poor, the staff was very lack luster, as if they were bored to be there and didn't understand the meaning of service. This was not just once. This was all three times we tried to be in there. Needs major improvement. It would be enough reason, in spite of all the rest, for us never to go there again.

the hotel felt like a family, the staff went out of there way to make us happy. Very good job!!

Room service stopped cleaning our room (most noticeable in the bathroom) 3 days into our stay. We stopped getting coffee replacements and also ran out of soap. We were able to easily acquire these items from front desk, but it should have been stocked for us.

We booked an early morning taxi 24 hours ahead - it did not arrive! There was no record in a hotel log as individual front office staff make their own private arrangements with individual taxi drivers. This is clearly NOT a good idea! Fortunately the night receptionist was able to get another in time for our party to make an international flight connection!

Bed was nice. Large screen tv. WiFi. Breakfast; French toast

Room was missing towels, no feather pillows, toilet paper holder fell off the wall immediately.

Room design and lighting. Courtyard area was excellent, pool was small but worked for what I needed.

Was never enough staff at peak times of the day to accommodate guests. First breakfast i was 1hr before my eggs and bacon were served and they were cold. The toliet in my room was broken and flushing ever 5-20 minutes. Kept me up all night. They did end up finally switching my room at 6pm after complaining 3 times of this issue with them still not successfully fixing it. They changed my room for my second night and put me on the side with 6am construction across the river. As a sleep deprived guest already cause of constant flushing all night I was not super amused.

The beds are very comfortable. It is very nice to have access to the river walk.

The restaurant is poorly managed, they did not have some of the items in the menu and to top it off the service was awful. We waited for 1 hour for our breakfast and finally gave up and left.

The room was not cleaned one day. The restaurant had no what they offer on the menu. I could not stay on the restaurant because they were cleaning during morning. Internet conexion was not good.

I liked just about everything except the parking fees $13 a night, but lot has security. Close to riverwalk and other attractions, large rooms, breakfast

Ants in bathroom and under the beds seemed very dirty and not clean and $13 a night parking
