Very nice staff. Very helpful in getting my boarding passes for my return flight. Very clean room.Comfortable beds. Your web site showed a beautiful layout of your hotel, which is why I selected it.

Hotel room doors slam shut with such a noise I was awakened several times late into the night by adjacent rooms. Very annoying. You need to work on this. I was careful to hand close the door every time I left as not to disturb my neighbors. Your hotel is not really in the gas lamp district according to the map book at the front desk. Scary/seedy area. All hotels have bad guests...I Notified the hotel desk about the beer bottles and beer cans on the hall table outside the 3rd floor elevator before I went to breakfast on Sunday morning and they were still there when I went back over an hour later. Bad image.

I love this hotel. It is modern and elegant. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have already recommended to many friends and should I travel to sd again I will definitely stay here!

If you want to eat after 10:00pm (when the kitchen closes) your only option is hummus with pita bread. Maybe they should consider adding some other item on the late night menu.

I stayed at this hotel because the online ratings were so good and the location was ideal for what I needed. When I showed up, the valet (John) was very nice and accommodating. We showed up early from an all night drive, and I had calle ahead to see if we could check in early and the woman on the phone (Melissa?) stated that she would see to it that we get a room and assured us that one was available. The gentleman working that morning when we arrived barely made eye contact with us-and was incredibly rude. He told us that without question we would have to wait for 5 hours for a room. We almost went to another hotel when he came out and offered us a king size room instead of twin for the same price. We left and came back after we were done, and there was a different staff. The woman working stated we would have to pay for an upgrade in order to get a room, and that the man before misinformed us. We were exhausted and opted to pay for the upgrade. The woman then state that the key card system was not working and that she would have a set of keys sent to our room within 30 minutes. Of course, two hours later we didn't hav the key and needed to leave the room. Several hours later when we came back we still didn't have keys. The woman was terribly behaved and was not accommodating. We did not get a set of keys fr several hours. When we called to housekeeping later, they forgot to bring what we wanted and had to call two more times. This stay was full of problems and issues an rude people. I will not stay here again.

Indigo was spacious, clean...and the staff was phenomenal. I will definitely stay again!

The best part of the hotel is location. We were walking distance to Petco Park, numerous restaurants and bars and shopping. In addition it was an inexpensive cab ride to and from the airport. The room was very stylish and clean. The lobby bar was delightful and offered a variety of food and drinks.

The noise of the hotel was very disappointing. The walls were very this allowing us to hear a range of activity in neighboring rooms from shutting doors, conversations to singing in the shower.

It was more than what i had expected.

Hotel di appena 2 anni quindi nuovo. Infrastutture eccellenti, camera con letto molto comodo, tv 40 pollici con tutti I canali hd, bagno funzionale. Wi-fi gratuito in camera e 2 pc nella Hall con utilizzo gratuito.Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Posizione molto buona a Gaslamp
