Great location, price, comfort and staff. Enjoyed stay very much. Room was clean, cozy and very stylish. Bright colors made the winter weather easier to handle. Will definitely stay here next visit to the Windy City.
Every aspect of the hotel had something in "fine print." We booked a room with two queen beds and when we arrived we were told we would get 1 full size bed at no discount. The front desk stated that it said in fine print that they would only give you the room you request if available. Also on the website it said that there was a parking lot. They failed to mention that it would be $50 a night to park there. This is the Jet Blue of hotels.
The lady whey i gave the card back when i leave.
Perfect location for my stay. Can't beat the value. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet for a city as noisy as Chicago. I'll be back and recommend to others.
Small room with darker colored walls so a little claustrophobic.
clean room.comfortable bed and excellent wifi
I said I want two small beds but when I get a big bed when arrive
Location and the bright decore.
felt like a b&b, minus the breakfast.
Vanilla smell in the lobby
Location was good.
Says pet friendly but pets cost extra. Also, multiple people paid for room and parking, which has still not been corrected. Staff was unable to help fix the situation. Rooms were bright and clean but bathroom needed grout redone desperately and was small.
Staff is always very friendly.
The cost, location and comfort
The staff was very unfriendly. We were never greeted as we entered. The manager seemed almost irritated at our presence and questions. The doorman never opened a door. We sat in the bar for 25 minutes without being served. Our only shining moment was the delightful young lady who checked us out on Tuesday afternoon: great attitude and customer service!
Area Decor Location Good bed Aveda products
Bathroom not as clean as it should have been
The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly. Great location
Restaraunt was a bit underwhelming.
Size of rooms, comfy beds, location superb
Due to being ill one night we had to stay in, so chose to get room service. The food was inedible. However, you're rarely in Chicago to eat in your room,so as long as you avoid that, it's perfectly fine.
Staff were very accommodating. The airy/open plan entrance had a very welcoming feel about it. This little gem is a surprising find in a city.
Arriving late in the night as a single traveler and not wanting to head out into unknown territory to find a restaurant it would have been great if there was at least ice/water in the room. Breakfast was great except for the glitch of dirty forks - 3 times - before having a clean one brought to the table.
Staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds. Clean, great location
Mattress was saggy and parking way to high for being out of The Loop
PERFECT LOCATION. Loved the atmosphere.
I felt very happy to stay here
Our room with two queen beds also had a chair, ottoman, table and two chairs, and a sofa table. Loved the extra room all of that provided.
general cleaning was ok. confort: what you can expect of a 4 stars hotel. would say regular.
bedding was miserable. There were different kind of hairs on the sheets and pillow. When I complained they got me other sheets, but didn't make the bed. I had to do it by myself: it's not what you wish to do after 11 hours flight plus long waiting here and there... jet lag and so on.
Location is good, a few meters away from a metro station. There are two big pharmacies around, a Starbucks and some good restaurants a couple of blocks away. The restaurant works at night, which is a plus when you wanna eat something but too tired to leave the hotel. Their food has reasonable quality.
I booked a room with two queen size beds, it was very clear in our reservation receipt, which I brought printed with me. But the hotel put me in a room with just one bed. I came back and the receptionist said: "you just selected a preference of two beds, we are not obliged to meet your expectations". BE REALLY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SELECT A ROOM PREFERENCE IN THIS HOTEL, THEY HAVE A LOT OF CATCHES. They put a small second bed after we complained and it was the worst bed I have ever slept on. Really, it was ridiculously unconfortable, I can't even explain. The receptionist even said that we couldn't complain, because they could have charged us for the (ridiculous) second bed. I would never ever again stay at Indigo. Their location is good, but there are lots of other options in similar locations and similar cost.
Within walking to the Water Tower and Lincoln park. A parking garage next to the hotel
The hotel is very cute, they really paid attention to the design. It's a nice location near Lincoln Park & the Magnificent Mile. There is a farmers market on Division Street on Saturday mornings which was a nice surprise.
I was woken up by drunken revelers on Friday evening, and some barking dogs on Sunday morning. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it may be bothersome depending on your travel plans.
Hotel Inigo is an adorable, convenient and reasonable stay, located close to many attractions. We will definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends!
